GFS has had my parcel from Temu for over a week. I have twice received notifications on WhatsApp that the parcel is out for delivery that day. Last week Thursday and this week Tuesday. I have still not received my parcel. The website link sent on what's app goes to an Indian company - the only contact number i can find 0872232303 is an automated response that states no-one is available to take my call. SHOCKING SERVICE , and I still dont have my parcel.
I have been using Just Property Herm**** for the rental of my property in Herm**** for the last 3 years. The service received from Lyndeen Henman has been absolutely astounding. She is amazing. I reside in Natal and have had quite a few logistical nightmares being so far away from the property. Lyndeen has gone above and beyond in the role of Property Management and I cannot thank her enough for the peace of mind she has given me time and time again. Through no fault of Just Property I had a bout of impossible tenants with many many problems - Lyndeen managed to resolve and assist in all issues and found solutions for every issue. Worth her weight in gold to Just Property - I truly hope the company is aware of the amazing employee they have in Lyndeen.

Unfortunately I did not get the name of the young man managing the collection of trailers from the yard - but he was amazing.Super friendly and very eager to make the collection as easy as possible. Once AGAIN i am absolutely ASTOUNDED by The Courier Guys level of service. I ordered a parcel for collection from Pretoria to be delivered to Port Shepstone at 11.47 yesterday - paid for 3-4 business day service. The parcel has just arrived 11.00 am - Not even 24 hours...........Service and ease of use, are MIND BLOWING. Soooo sooo impressed and happy with The Courier Guy.
I am absolutely astounded by the AMAZING level of service received. I had to send a parcel from Port Shepstone to my daughter in hospital in Johannesburg. Parcel was collected at 11.27am yesterday and arrived at the hospital before 9am this morning. I paid for a 2-3 day delivery service. I am so grateful for such an effortless, easy and excellent service. TRULY OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been trying to purchase an add on data contract for over a month now. What has happened to MTN customer service?? I have been with MTN for 12 years and have never experienced problems like this before. No-one seems to know what is going on - I am given number after number to call and each number has worse response than the previous one. MTN has all my details - all i want is an additional data contract. I am SOOOOOO disgusted by their supposed customer service. I think Ill have to give Vodacom a try. I have 2 emails with diff reference numbers saying contract has been approved - but MTN has no knowledge of either of them??? Why issue a reference number if it has no meaning and has not been logged anywhere.
