I bought a Phone from Connected Devices Xiaomi Note 14 Pro Plus 5G. 1. It took longer to be delivered, and I didn't mind this. 2. The box of the phone is tempered with because it has two duplicate xiaomi temper seal and the one underneath is the one that has been tempered with because the second one was put over the first one as a cover. 3. Xiaomi Note 14 pro plus 5g comes with a 120W charger adaptor as it one of the few phones that can charge at this capacity and rate but the adapter was removed. every shop that sells this phone they have the adapter included inside the box but this guys have removed the adapter. 4. The guys at Connected Devices don't answer my phone call because i want to return the phone and buy the same phone at other shops for the same value.
You know what just save your money and buy your phone elsewhere. 1. They are not based in South Africa they're in Dubai. 2. The shipping of the phone once you have a problem will be paid by you to dubai 3. They don't acknowledge the customer returning the phone. They delay the return procedure so that they can tell you that your 10 days warranty is long overdue. 4. The customer service doesn't have answers and to get a call back from the manager is another 10 days. 5. Also the language barrier is huge the guys won't answer most of your questions. 6. They don't even tell you that the device is being shipped to Dubai you'll see via email when they requested you to pay the return fee Half of the things that I mentioned are not on their policies but they'll tell you about their policy. It is actually cheaper to buy from other second dealers than RevibeSA. More especially when you know phones too much
The claiming process is easy and fine. The problem is when decisions are being made without your consent and some how they affect you. The lady who was helping me is not communicating anything, and the other thing is that pineapple insurance contact you via app not calls so if you spent 100years without logging into your app, you won't be getting any messages. I was told that I need to pay excess fee of R1225 at cellucity to replace my phone, as I was about to pay they canceled my order and issued the Voucher which doesn't buy anywhere including Cellucity now all the stores that allows for voucher purchases don't have the phone that I wanted to buy at cellucity as per initial agreement, I'm not sure what will I do with the voucher buy something else maybe but I need a phone.
Good Day. I'm very disappointed with the quality of Sleepmaster bed that i bought last year, the bed price was R4999.00 at bradlows. Last month I decided to officially complain on their website and I wasn't satisfied with the response I got from Bradlows when they did the follow ups. I asked me to at least up my budged and buy another good quality bed and I thought i bought quality bed. Its been a year now but the frame of the mattress started bending and the metal spirals started showing. I decided to contact sleepmaster again on monday and they called me yesterday asking the pictures to see conditions of the bed, I've send them. the consultant gave me two options 1st was to buy another bed with the same budget and they will credit bradlows and 2nd was to put the balance there for to add it up and buy maybe and expensive one and I took the 2nd option, today she contacted me via whatsapp saying that restonic won't be able to do any of the options because the mattress is stained and dirty. 1st of all I didn't plan your quality to fail on me after a year (2020) I've purchased your bed, it just happened to be honest if the quality of the bed was good from the get go I wouldn't be here complaining, but you're blaming me for the stains as if I have planned the quality issues (the bed loosing shape and spirals coming through the mattess. Please assist me here, this bed is uncomfortable a refund, or at least replacement mattress will be appreciated. The base it is still in good condition, please assist with the mattress issue.
I've applied for R99 data plus router promo three times a month and I haven't received any calls from them until today, so today the story is changed they want to charge me R139 because the system has a problem. Now I'm not sure if it is the system or the way they get us to pay more than what they've advertised.
