Be very carefull of this name and company. We have had endless problems with them on all levels. They issued COC's that was *****ulent and is still waiting for them to finish the original job. Their **** promises and lack of customer service and communication is unbelievable. Will be reporting them to all relevant authorities.
After such a bad experience with with another 5G so-called service provider, thank you to MWEB for not only a fast and professional installation. But for providing us with a stable connection allowing us to run our business remotely during these challenging times. If I could I would give you a 10 star rating.
A one star rating is still to good for this company... The only decent service we received was from the subbies they used to install and uninstall. After 2 months of struggling to run our business with their poor coverage and max downtime we cancelled the contract on the 24/2/2021 for the third time and were still debited up to and including the 1/5/2021. With their system forcing you to make use of a bank card payment facility they very cleverly ensure you are unable to reverse unauthorized payments should you cancel the useless contract. The only place where you can give them credit. Now more than 3 months later we have to beg for our money back and receive the same emailed excuse. Names to follow. JJ Botha - Puppet - same lies and bull M Botsang - Salary earner - Useless Teboho Lenka - Lied about refund being made more than a month ago 14/6/2021 Noxolo Ndlovu - Salary earner - Useless Osiame ramofolo - Scheduled collection on 12/4/2021 and advised 15/3/2021 confirmed that no further debits would be made. That took a month to collect their trash and still made sure we were debited twice to earn a salary. 6 months later we are still waiting to get rid of this useless so-called company and receive the promised refund. Looking through the reviews on Hello Peter we understand why their popularity was short lived.
Long story short. Been with mtn for some years now. We recently took out two contracts from Mondo and was lied to on what the contracts offers in order for the chap to close the sale. We immidiatly canceled the contracts and was assured that our simcards would be changed back to pre-paid. This was two weeks ago. Mondo and Mtn is just passing the ball and nobody is doing anything about this, with our numbers being de-activated, our business is taking strain. We are running our business from these numbers. We have been on the phone with MTN and Mondo every day for the last 2 weeks with no feedback or the decency to just keep us in loop as to what the problem is. I am sure we have spoken to more than 50 peole from these two companies and not one of them can resolve this issue....
Scammers! Liers! Sales people are very smooth, i'll give them that. I hope this company/department can be closed down as they bull**** people into taking contracts from them and can't deliver what was promised!
