I was at Debonairs Pizza Three Rivers, I received my order 45 minutes later after making a noise because three people that came after me received their orders before me and I am told because they ordered online. Firstly the lady assisting me gave attitude when she saw we had vouchers and told us how small those pizzas are and I asked about the selection of pizzas; she just rep**** chicken and I asked chicken what?? She clearly was in no mood to serve non-paying customers as our pizza boxes we arrived with were chucked to the side and they prepared other important and expensive orders. After placing my order at Debonairs I went on to Steers then Fishaways; I received both my orders from those stores before the "small pizza "and she only took our slips to the back when i started questioning her about the waiting time and that she never explained the was a waiting time longer than usual.
The store was recently revamped,when you leave the store your clothes smell like everything they're frying in the kitchen because of the layout of the store. You can smell overheated cooking oil everywhere. Secondly I got to the cashier asked for R500 cashback she stated that she doesn't have money, I paid for my groceries took out my smart shopper because I knew I had bought goods on special but she never asked for it but claimed she had used it. As for the cash back she didn't even bother to ask her colleagues or controller if they had cash I the customer had to go around the tills asking. Eventually Iwas assisted at the kiosk,that's when I noticed the groceries I bought didn't deduct the discount. At this point I had already stood in line twice and had to wait for the manager to fetch the poster for the special and do a refund for me. I feel this cashier wasn't bothered to begin with, poor service and no sense of urgency. You know at Checkers if the cashier doesn't have cash they normally ask around for you and you don't have to queue again
I paid R 260.00 cash I don't know if it's admission fee or copayment. My partner went and paid the same amount the following day. A day after which was Sunday I went into the hospital requesting a refund, I filled in forms and was told the money would be in my account on Wednesday . Come Wednesday no refund I called the hospital and was sent from pillar to post no one willing to be held accountable. I was told the accounts depot have left for the day and I would now receive the money on Friday. Meaning they never processed my refund. I'm complaining because this amount is demanded beforehand , Everytime I take my son to their ER I pay this amount and it's said its for opening a new file. Why open a new file when there's an existing one my sons is not a new patient . What are computers for if not record keeping?? I don't even know why insist on depositing the money into my account when I paid cash? I believe I won't get treatment prior to paying the money so why should it be pulling teeth to refund me my money. Even the Netcare ambulance does not depart before you produce your medical aid but the service at the Casualty is horrible!!! You just placed little kids there who cannot give clarity on certain procedures and laugh everything away or simply say they don't know that's the way it is...Medi Clinic does not ask for copayment ,you walk into their ER and you're assisted with no hassle. And kids take priority The nurse even assigned me a job to give my son a suppository,I struggled opening the package. I don't mind at all he's mine after all &wasn't even giving them a hassle however where is the healthcare?? What am I paying for?? Why not send me home with the meds then I'll administer everything from home .Because then I should invoice for labour provided!!She didn't even check if I'd washed my hands prior to that or. It's not about the money as such but about principle. Honour your promise! I could've easily also said I don't not have the R260 which I didn't but I made a place cause the staff was insisting on it. Another thing stop holding people hostage! I asked to get food at a vending machine and was told about a shift change. What does that have to do with memy son was sleeping I'm sure 5min away wouldn't kill him. Even when that shift change happened...in normal private hospital the current shift comes around with the new shift to introduce or bring them up to speed with the new patients,what the patient is admitted for and what they've administered thus far But none of that was done. I just saw new faces and they couldn't even answer when I asked are we being admitted or not. Pathetic!!! REALLY
Since last month uber eats have been charging me twice for the tip on my card without consent that is *****. I'll never use the app again
I ordered streetwise 5 with chips amongst other things via uber eats at kfc three rivers on 28/02/23. When my order arrived the chips were not included, I had to purchase airtime and call the store. No apologies were made just that I'd receive my chips. They indeed were delivered 15/20 min later however the next day uber eats had charged my account again a delivery fee of which I didn't authorise and was never notified by kfc that I'd be charged again for their error. I want my money Back!!!
Horrible service from De Deur police station on the 19th October. Four of the staff (women) verbally attacked me for stating that their service was poor. I lodged a complaint via email address provided for their CSC same day however nobody responded to me. When I call the station to speak to the station commander their landlines don't ring at all its as if they've put their phones off the hook. I even called 10111 and they confirmed the numbers to be correct they have actually spoken to someone there the same day. When leaving the station I told them I would report the matter, they replied by saying: " go ahead what are you waiting for?" do you think we are bothered.
KFC THREE RIVERS (VAAL). Horrific experience I bought Streetwise Bucket for 1 and when I opened my packet I found a paper towel ripped untidy as opposed to the jfc serviette and no ketchup but two salts. The person who served me didn't even warn me or apologise for the inconvenience and discret of product remember KFC is a franchise not someone's personal business where you can just chop and change. Standards need to be upheld
