They are ********s. They make you sign all documents with hidden clauses and hold all owners in a complex randsom. As soon as you try to sell your property without their consent they threaten you with legal repercussions. I have owned for 3 years and still can't sell the unit. They hold majority properties to run all the rules while people have water issues, security issues. The list goes on and on. Stay away from them

Useless **** of a company
They overcharging me in my complex in buhrein estate. They are ****ming me into paying for water I never used. This has been going on for months and Amari management is found nothing about it.

Terrible correspondence
No correspondence and no accountability from this company. Ask to be called back but they too busy getting ready to go home rather than assisting their clients that pay for their jobs. Ask for information but get rules sent back not relating to the questions asked. Clearly some staff can’t read. I would not recommend them at all!!!!

Harcourts disgusting experience for first time homebuyers
Terrible experience buying our first property. The consultant Morne lied to get us to sign an offer to purchase telling us we can cancel at any time. That was not the case when we were slapped with lawyers letters from the developers. Harcourts refuse to answer any direct questions such as items we paid for as extras for the property but that cannot offer terms and conditions relating to warranties or guarantees. Communication is just ignored or my partner is told Morne is too busy to reply. Worst customer experience ever. The rental side also don’t answer questions and have paperwork with incorrect fees that is not what we are agreeing to. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP. They deliberately cause confusion to trap you in purchasing and paying for fees that you are not aware of as first time homebuyers.
