I put in a request to transfer my fibre on the 24th March as I was moving on the 1st of May. I was told that Vodacom fibre was not in the area and had to go over to Open Serve even though I told them that the previous people had Vodacom. The agent was adamant that there is no Vodacom in that area. I moved in on 1 May, still no fibre. After repeated calls I was told that Openserve was not live in the area yet and would have to wait until end of June. After numerous calls I eventually got hold of someone who then told me but Vodacom is in the area and that the order with Openserve would be cancelled and sent me a new order to sign, which I did. I followed up 2 days later and was told by another agent that the order couldn’t go through as the other order hadn’t been cancelled but they would send the request through again. The Openserve router, which was delivered within days after the initial order was collected. It has now been 2 weeks since then but the order still hasn’t been cancelled so the transfer request cannot be processed. I am having to purchase data every week at R700 just to watch TV and conduct my business. The agent who I last dealt with has been very helpful, giving constant feedback but is still not able to pit through the relocation. Vodacom is totally useless, unfortunately there is no other fibre in the area otherwise I would definitely go away feom Vodacom!
I have been waiting 3 months for delivery! Seems like this company is just another scam!?
My wife was given a VERY URGENT script on 08 December 2021, she only received the medication on the 31st December after I had to follow up asking for delivery. When the medication arrived, only 3 of the 7 items were dispensed. The one medication I had to get from another more efficient pharmacy as she needed it urgently. Again today I have had to phone to get the medication dispensed. First they couldn’t find her on the system, I eventually found another number where they assisted. No date for delivery can be given so once again we hope it will be here in time before here medication runs out!
The most pathetic service I have ever seen. My wife was discharged from hospital 2 weeks ago and she still hasn't received her medication prescribed by the specialist. I called every day last week and each time I get told a different story. First it must still be made up, then it was sent but no one was home and when I called the next day it still had to be dispensed. On Friday I was told special arrangements had been made to deliver on Saturday, On Monday, surprise surprise....STILL NOTHING!! Totally incompetent and useless!!
I ordered tactical pants on 22 February already. To date I have not received them nor any reply to my emails!
