REFUND
Good day my father-in-law died on the 30 august 2023. I receive a payout from metropolitan. They still deduct money in September, so I ask them for a refund. They told me that my work must pay over the refund amount at the end of September and then metropolitan will pay out the refund in 48hours. It is know 4 days i was sending emails, but they don't respond.

R1197.01 GONE OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT SUPERSONIC
SUPERSONIC ROB ME TODAY I CANCELLED SUPERSONIC IN 2021 AND KNOW THEY DEDUCT R1197.01(17MAY 2022) FROM MY CAPITEC ACCOUNT WHERE CAN I REPORT SUPERSONIC . I CANT REVERSE THE MONEY.THE MONEY IS MY CHILDRENS SCHOOL FEES. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME GET CHILDRENS MONEY BACK. IN 2021 I CANCELLED SUPERSONIC AND SEND ALL THEIR EQUIPMENT

I cancel my contract...
I cancel my contract with them on the 15May 2021 and ask them to stop deduct money from my bank account they told me it will take 21 day's for cancellation but today 17 June 2021 they still deduct money from my bank account i fone them several of times but with no success can you help me stop these people from deducting money from my bank account and i need my money today

Bad business of supersonic
I have a month to month contract with supersonic and want to cancel my LTE CONTRACT because there top up is to expensive so they told me to cancel i must pay a cancellation fee of R600 because I'm not 6months with them so i told them it is a month to month contract and nobody told me about u can cancel only after 6months
