Why are you creating new debit order mandates after my contract is complete and debiting my account without my consent when I don’t owe your company anything, I will be reversing the 115 you debited and I hope to never do business with you ever again.
How do you register a debit order mandate that had been rejected? You make us susceptible to *****sters. Earlier today , I received a Debit order mandate for Rescuebox , I rejected it because I don’t know who they are, however FNB decides to register it anyway, why???
I just received a debit order mandate from my bank of R115 from Rescue box, I don’t know who they are and how they even got my banking details, we are clearly not safe even from our banking institutions. Luckily I rejected that nonsense.
I have been trying to get my refund for a cancelled Keyshia Cole concert to no avail. I was informed to fill in the refund request form after days of trying to reach out on email. I filled out the form then after received an email from Yoliswa confirming cancellation of my tickets and that I should expect my refund in my acc after 7 to 10 working days, in the same email I was informed that should I not receive the funds after the mentioned period, I should reach out for a follow up. I have been reaching out via email , no response, I went to www.ticketpro.co.za and had to chat to a bot, I requested a human agent, nothing. I’m at my wits end, I need my money. This is so unfair, they have processes that they are failing to follow and worse you can’t even call them as they are “fully digital” and yet you can’t even get through to a human agent on their digital platform.
FNB has done an illegal credit check on me and now I have a hard enquiry on my credit report , this is ridiculous, I’m trying so hard to get my credit status on track and now they’ve set me back. I HAVE NOT APPLIED FOR A LOAN , CREDIT CARD OR ANYTHING FROM FNB. Yes I bank with them but I’m definitely moving after this .
Why are they debiting account without my permission ? I clearly rejected the debicheck coz I didn’t want to go through with it. I do not have a policy with them yet they want my money . What’s the point of debicheck then?
Very disappointed, it took them more than 20 days to process a withdrawal from my tax free account which was clearly indicated as an emergency , the 5 to 7 working days is a lie. After I finally got the funds , I immediately requested a cancellation of the policy , however it has been almost 30 days now , I have not been granted and my policy is still active as they debited my account after the cancellation (I reversed it). And of course I’m still anxiously waiting for the rest of my money.
I cannot use the Discovery miles to pay on the Dischem site , gives an error each time . I tried going to Takealot as well but the Discovery miles option doesn’t appear , so Discovery miles are USELESS
