I keep on getting messages from these idiots stating I owe them money. They messaged me again and I don't even know who they are. Ignoring Communications. Pay R9672.8 owed to Computech Credit Services Pty . FNB Ac 62319854164 Br: 250655 Ref:COM010948307 CreditIntel Tel 0129400140. Can something be done about this because this is getting ridiculous.
I have ordered a Nintendo switch on 1 December 2024, I was fully verified on the 3rd. It stated that it will take 14 business days for my delivery which would have been the 24th but I was advised it will only be delivered on the 30th. It has been a back and forth between myself and Rentoza and I was promised that the delivery will definitely happen on the 30th. I have been reading the comments about everyone complaining and I am not happy with the service I have received from them. I am a existing customer and in my opinion this is not how you treat your customers. Very unacceptable service from Rentoza. If they knew that there's a shortage of the specific item then they should have advised that from the get go. That would have given me the option to look at alternative options. They are very quick to take your money/or if your Subscription didn't go off on time to block your device.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a washing machine last week went through the verification process and they requested a payslip, I sent through my bank statements which all major banks accept as proof of income but according to rentoza that's not proof of income. Which does not make sense to me at all. I will NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Best phone service provider. Jonathon really goes the extra mile to make sure all his customers are happy and satisfied.

Webafrica has to be the worst fibre service provider. You are paying for a certain line speed but you don't even get close to what you are paying for. And to get a hold of their support is exactly the same as their fibre connection, non existent. Their whatsapp support is completely useless because they just apologize and then tell you to connect a lan cable to the router to test and if that don't work then they tell you they have to escalate it to the technical department. What a waste of money this has been. I can't even explain how upset and disappointed I am with them. Oh yes but if you miss a payment they are very fast to disconnect your line. I will never recommend them to anyone ever
I have recently ordered a phone from rentoza and when i received the phone it was what I expected it to be. I then contacted Richard from the rentoza team and he assisted me with a upgrade to a better phone. Really great service from them. Well done Richard
