I took out a contract online, the delivery was done as they do authentication via finger print, it did match, so I qas told to call MTN to ask them to do the manual delivery, that was last week thursday, today I call to follow up on my order, am told by consultant that it is cancelled, by who they say they can't see that information, I spoke to Mihlali, Israel and Neliswa. Neliswa said she was calling the company that is in charge of online cell phone contract since before 11 till now am still waiting. I do not know the company they say I should call, I app**** from MTN UNDER THEIR EMBLEM, NOW THEY TELL ME STORIES ABOUT THIRD PARTY. NO ONE IS WILLING TO GIVE ME PROOF OF CANCELATION, AND WHO CANCELLED IT, AND THE RECORDING, AS THEY SAY CALLS ARE RECORDED FOR QUALITY AND SECURITY, NOW FOR SECURITY PERPISE THAT RECORDING IS NEEDED
Kfc batho what is the point of delivery service when you are going to cancel orders. I call in and I was tolď to retry but the same thing happened, then I was told to use uber, what is the app for are there deals on uber, like really now.... I am disappointed

I have been on email with Tshepiso with request to fix my subscription since my last review, but to date nothing has been done. I signed for don't datazel + access for R279 which was on the 29, instead they combined my access account and wifi why I don't know... I DON'T WANT THAT, ACCESS SHOULD BE A STAND ALONE ACCESS AND INTERNET TOGETHER THAT'S IT. I signed up for internet that is combined with showmax, I received router on the 1st, the 2 days later I inquired about showmax, then I was told I have been signed for showmax combined with my subscription, since last week I have been sending emails to understand what is going on with showmax, the told to subscribe and when checking it says I need to subscribe, it is day 11 without showmax, yet I will be billed normal amount of R279. I wrote email early hours arround 4am, I haven't received any responsed instead missed calls ×2, the 3rd 1 I realized they are just buzzing not calling. Inthe email I requested that the disconnect me from all subscriptions I have with them , it is 15h31 now, they have not disconnected all my subscriptions, they are buying time. I did mention that I will not pay R180 cooling what what of internet as I started complaining on sunday 3rd, clearly it was before the 7th, and the R88 brought forward I know nothing off, because I signed up for internet and showmax which are on debit order and my access subscription i paid full amount on the 25th of October. My case was escalated , then told showmax will be available onthe 20th or 21st. 58638080 investigate that is my account number
Ever since I started applying on their site I received sms from people who said will help me ge employment that pays a lot, this left me wondering , if the info we give there is it safe, I am concern.
