Flight from JHB to Durban, when we arrived both Our bags was broken into we noticed our locks was missing when taking the bags off the collection belt,, the entire bag was shuffles and untidy, every compartment was opened, when i went to report it to FlySafiar bag counter, I'm told there is nothing i can to, it cannot be reported as only if something is missing i can report it, the fact that clearly it was tampered is not a reportable thing, on our return Flight, the flight was delayed over two hours with zero communication as to why we delayed or when the flight will take off,
Recently the condition of the items that they sell are shocking. The packaging is damaged. The boxes look open. Almost as if you paying money and getting used or returned items When you complain they say you can return the item. But that's not the point. We paying good money we expect products in new and good condition
Worse Customer Service, the Whats app chat is the biggest waste of time, Why do we buy these meters, when you need any assistance you are left in the dark, I tried to get a simple answer from them all day and each time you will only get a Auto response, when tried calling them there is no answer.
Our worst flight experience. We got to the airport 2 hours early. The q to the baggage counter was ridiculous with only 1 person checking in customers and One person was checking in a huge group that was allowed to come in and cut the q and make their own q because they were part of a travel group. There were calls for other flights to come off the q and be assisted. Yet our flight no one called. When we finally made it to the counter they tell us the drop off closed 15 mins ago. We asked but this is not our fault and that no one called. We even asked while in the line and they said not yet and to remain in the q. My mother in law was then forced to leave her bag and run through the boarding gates to the flight. We were not able to check in the bag. This is ridiculous. The q, the service the entire flysair is a mad house. No other airline had this issue this day. I will like someone to call and resolve this with me.
Last week i logged a bad review here regarding the Whatsapp support, i was called back by someone who said it will be resolved and delt with, and that the service received was not to standard, Today i tried the support again, i needed to get meter loaded , i was told they will get back to me after i sent all the details, then i was told that they have high volume of calls and to be patient, 4 Hours later no feedback, i followed up, and all they say is they have high volume of calls over and over, it seems that there is no one to assist you , its just the same automated responses, I'm a new customer and the service received so far is shocking, i regret using Citiq, i should have used another company,
Customer service is terrible, they have a whatsapl service for assistance but the people on there just say they will get back to you then ignore you. When you follow up they say the line is busy. Should call if u want assistance immediately When ask their name they dont provide it and there is no a ref or name so you can eaclate the service.
I Withdrew R3000 from the ATM on the 08 Sept 2024. but only was given R2950, R50 Short. I tried to use the Chat for assistance but i was told they cannot assist me, and that i need to go into a Branch and log the issue, This is Inconvenient, an error from FNB side now i must be take time out my day to wait in a q at a bank!!! the reason i am with FNB is because of the digital banking and services online. Of Late the service i am receiving from FNB is bad to worse,

hi, i am extremely unhappy with the service from fnb, fnb has now costed me 1 weeks delay in my occupation of my house. our bond registration attorneys have been requesting a "proceed to lodge" from fnb for a week now and we received nothing, this is now holding up my transfer as they cant transfer my property without this. this is shocking, i regret deciding to go with fnb for my home loan
Worst service ever. The service desk when a fault is issues it ***********. I have asked over 5 times for a manger to contact me, each time the service desk ignore it and ask me to provide the same info I already provided multiple times. It's now a month my issue is not resolved with my internet
