Wilgeheuwel Hospital life ignoring emails and calls
Our daughter was asked to wait in casualty while her father was escorted to the main desk to pay and sign for X-rays to be taken at this time she was suffering from a leaking appendicitis. Our 15-year-old daughter was then told by a nurse to be taken to Ampath without the father's consent and presence at this time. We were informed on the 14th April 2023 that a payment for blood tests taken on the 3rd of November 2022 again we had no knowledge of and we were being threatened with ITC listings by NCCS. I have tried to contact wilgeheaval hospital as it has come to attention that the casualty doctor on call was supposed to explain all procedures and costs involved. However our biggest concern is that blood tests were taken from a minor without parental or guardianship consent even though the parent was present in the hospital at this time. I've asked Amapath laboratories for any form of documentation approving the procedure and none have been given. Adri Botes the head of administration has not once reply to any of my emails or calls regarding this matter.

WORST COMPANY AND OWNER
Pathetic service and products. The owner is arrogant and always has an excuse for delayed installations or not having stock. Will not ever recommend them to anyone unless people enjoy wasting time and money.

DONT DONT DONT UNLESS YOU EANT TO LOSE MONEY AND BE TREATED LIKE RUBBISH
I would never recommend this company to anyone and least of all Riaan. He starts off polite then becaomes arrogant and rude if you question him. Never got my monies worth and workmanship is beyond shocking.

NEVER EVER USE ZAPROP ANDRE BURGER
Andre Burger has by far been the worst and rudest estate agent I have ever had the unfortune of dealing with. My biggest regret is trusting him and his so called "business" He is untruthful, arrogant and treats woman as if they are less than dirt.

LOADSHEDDING FREE!!!!!
Knowledgeable, quick and proficient service. From ordering and discussing my requirements two personal delivery to my front door set up and a full demonstration I can find no fault with such a professional company and staff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a generator or backup inverter power (I chose a generator) Thank you Ryan and Roxanne for all your help and to make sure I am load shedding free

Ride and unprofessional staff
When you get to the front counter to buy your bad of dog food in hand and the only cashier is on the phone with 3 different stores looking for a specific brand after 20 minutes of no help or even an apology apart from "I'm busy and will be with you when I'm done". You've lost a client. Absolutely rude staff, not enough staff and no manners. 5 customers waiting in line all walked out.

Jhb Generators is Brilliant and Excellent
Brilliant service and my inverter system just as brilliant. Thank you for making loadshedding easier, I finally don't have to stress when the power goes out. AWFUL DISGUSTING SERVICE AND EMPLOYEE
Pathetic service. Portable toilets that were left unserviced during the contract. The contract stated they would be cleaned weekly, it was left for 3 WEEKS and took numerous phone calls and delays to eventually get the toilet maintained I have reported this and no response not even an apology. DISGUSTING AND RUDE STAFF WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
