Louise was absolutely 10/10. I switched away from Telkom and am over the moon.
Good service and speedy delivery as ordered. Great value for money.
So DSTV...... I understand why so many are disconnecting this service.... Our first experience was where they added Disney Channel....... they removed this service yet we paid..... we were told we would get a refund on this but till today NOTHING...... They could not prove that we signed up. Now they are double charging me R45 on account for DSTV ( This shold be R40??? And then you charged my credit card also...... SO I PAID R85 to watch a movie........ ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I AM UNABLE TO WATCH THIS MOVIE (WONKA)...... They keep on telling me on their side they can see it...... Problem is that my side (THE PAYING CLIENT)....... I cannot view the movie..... Spoke to the call center and all I'm getting is eish........ NEVER TRUST BOXOFFICE AS THIS IS A DSTV ****!!!!!! Chumesa I am still waiting for your call as the Supervisor....……. Zumenati at the call centre tried to assist but hellas could not do anything to assist..... That's to say if these are even their real names..... Avoid any extras from DSTV....... AND check your account every month. They cannot be trusted.
Had a great experience both times I ordered seeds. Cant wait for garlic season.
BE WARNED. iKhoka askes everyone to write a lovely review on Hello Peter and even I did when I got the machine. They rely heavily on these lovely reports. They have an incredible sales team indeed and I fell for their charms and have realised that the rest of the business model relies on outsourcing and such.... or so it seems..... Cheapest this and cheapest that. BUT here follows my experience. They do not manage their own report and mail system and their vendors get unsubscribed from receiving copies of their receipts and a transaction history. This is the third time i was unsubscribed from the mail system for some reason. Even now when trying to log into the system I am unable to do this as I am not receiving mails from them at all. They apparently cannot send you a list of transactions less they log into your profile. Ask to speak to someone and they are busy. This is the second week and NO resolution. May I suggest that you look at comparing YOCO and iKhoka carefully. Yes it may be slightly more expensive BUT you will not regret it. I have never heard of complaints of YOCO and I know many owners with this machine. iKhoka is a different thing..... I seem to not be the only iKhoka machine owner with issues. My advise. Would you trust a business to work with your hard earned money if they cannot even get their mail system working.
STAY AWAY FROM SHAW ACADEMY Shaw academy lured me into joining them for one year last year. Biggest mistake of my life. It promised the world. Education seemed the main focus........ Well that changed within the first 30 minutes of me joining last year. I paid dearly in a time where I had 0 income. It became clear that all they are interested in is money. DO NOT JOIN SHAW. Here is my experience. I started my own business and wanted to learn more about social media.... Shaw popped up and I took the offer. Awesome I was all set. Pop ups everywhere. Click on them and money gets deducted from your account. I was so disappointed. I never used them again for the year that I "Paid" for. I complained immediately and they gave me a so called 200 USD voucher to use at a later stage..... I then decided to just keep my mouth shut. After all I clicked on the pop up. Be warned there is no warning that you are about to pay. money just came off. Fast forward a year of not using Shaw as a result of fear that they may debit my card again. I cancelled the bank card that they used to prevent them to take money. Then the florist course popped up and I looked at all the modules and it was really awesome. Due to Covid I started a now flourishing business and this was set to help me. I was so excited. It was a sign in the universe..... so I thought. I mailed them and everything went very well. I started the course and really LOVED it a LOT. I completed the first module..... I passed assignment 1 and 2.....BUT could not do assignment 3 and 4 and continue to the next modules. I mailed them and they said they are working on it. Every mail I sent them had a different reason and offer to try and suss me to keep quite. The offers varied from 30 days to 90 days free trail..... But yet I had a "100 USD" voucher..... That does not exist. Shaw academy uses these tactics to keep people quite. Don't fall for it. How can you launch a course knowing that only half the first module is ready out of 4 modules. I have done a LOT of research and found that this truly is a money driven business and not interested in education at all. I have reported them to the Department of Education in South Africa and I suggest that you take the time to do so if you are also effected by this business. The excuses need to stop and real action needs to be taken. I have lost money on this. I thought it was my own stupidity but have realised that they are experts at camo. They are a wolf in sheep's clothing. They ask for good reviews...... They block people when they are complaining.... Look at their Facebook page..... They have 1 400 000 followers yet no real comments and likes..... Ask yourself why. Bad comments are being removed and people blocked and banned. They say they offer social media courses..... yet they do not apply the theory of the real rules. I did many courses on other platforms that were truly amazing and I learned the basics of Social Media. I have honed my skills and if you look at their profiles etc warning lights should come up.... so many followers and so little interaction.... You have been warned. STAY AWAY FROM SHAW ACADEMY. I refused to believe that this is a scam..... Unfortunately I gave them 3 months of mails and communication and I have seen the light. I have all the mails and messages on mail as proof and can provide these if needed. SHAW ACADEMY really is interested in you....... YOUR money.
