Don't use this site.. used other sites.. place bets and if correct you win and account credited.. not with Sporting bet.. made a deposit, placed a bet.. got results correct and cashed out.. on the app shows it as a won bet.. others I have lost show as lost bets.. Haven't received anything from the "won" bet.. when I enquired was told some B.S that it was a some bonus that appears in the t&cs.. I placed bets and lost.. when I added funds and place a bet and win... I still lose...chose corrrct outcomes and still lost.. even though been told it was a win... Win for Sporting bet... no one else. Don't use them... I should have checked on here first... no wonder their rating so low... definitely had more honest service on other betting sites.. betway on my way back to place bets with you... Don't use Sportbetting unless you like to give money away win or loss..
IF you enjoy been scammed and having your appliances repaired to be fine for a week. then get ignored and lied to when you ask David to come and check it, so take your money dont really repair your appliance and then avoid you at all costs. if that is the type of company that you want to deal with then go ahead and use them - they are champions at avoid your calls and scamming you out of money. Support small businesses they say - David, you little scammer - wont be using smaller businesses because of people like you. rather buy a new appliance - PLEASE DONT BE SCAMMED LIKE WE WERE.
Called in to Extend my current service plan, i was then assisted by Slindokuhle Seemela. he sent me everything and all seemed to be in order. i then noticed that the quote sent did not include my 150000 Km service - i am paying for my 135000 Service this weekend and extending my service to cover my 150000, 1650000 and 180000 service. when i received the quotation it stated that the 165k,180k and 195k service were part of the policy, i asked why the 150000 Service was not included. as i asked could they change the included services. he huffed and sighed when i tried to clarify the quotation and keep saying the same thing. made me feel stupid and inadequate. i honestly think that this individual needs training on how to listen and respond in a friendly manner and not make it feel like he is doing you a HUGE favour. i then contacted the Call centre and asked for a manager - they dont have a direct line i was told - bit ridiculous that you cannot chat to a manager with a concern. what is the point of a manager then? i was then assisted by another consultant Lwazilwakhe J Zulu, who was willing to LISTEN to my concern, she sent me a mail stating that my 150000 KM service will be the first service covered. even though the automatted system said 165k - all i wanted from the abrubt and rude Mr Seemela. i dont want any issues when i go for my service in a year / 150k service. also a bit of actual interest and less sighing and making your clients feel less "stupid" goes a long way. Also managers should be reachable to address concerns.
I am trying to get details on my clutch and Flywheel, I contacted a few branches including Bedfordview and Edenvale. I was dissappointed that one of the branches said i need to strip my car to check the type of flywheel... really and the other waited on hold for parts for about 15 minutes. I then called Boksburg branch and spoke to Simone Lombard, what a breathe of fresh air, really went out of her way to assist - check my maintenance plan, then checked my Vin number confirmed the type of flywheel and discussed pricing with me - mailed me a quote. She is friendly, professional and a huge asset to Hyundai. She should go train the other parts departments how to do it. Thank you Simone - your service is outstanding and i will be in touch shortly regarding my clutch. legend like quality service. I am in the west rand but would travel to Boksburg if the quality of service is half as good as the service i received for Simone. thank you Simone
I was very impressed by the levels of service I received when first joining up with FNB but over the last year the levels of service has definitely declined. I bought a fitbit in december and still have not received a replalcement. I mailed my private banker on friday afternoon and have still not received a response. Can a manager please contact me to resolve my issue or send me the details on cancelling my FNB account.
I am so tired of Writing the same thing over and over. I have had an issue that is STILL NOT resolved. I have called the call centre, I have been to the Telkom branch in Clearwater Mall and really thought that it would finally get resolved however my emails there are getting read and not responded to. I wanted my Telkom LTE Cancelled and wanted to change to fibre. After technicians coming to do test 3 times, still bad internet and nothing resolved. NOBODY cares at telkom and I wanted to move over to fibre but after the service I have received I would rather cut all ties with Telkom. It is absolutely Shocking the lack of customer care that Telkom show. I WANT a Senior manager to contact me, I want to deal with ONE person and I want this issue resolved before the end of the month then I want my LTE contract cancelled and want to move onto fibre. if it is not sorted before the end of the month I want to be cancelling my contract and moving over to another service provider. The only person that has gone out of her way to help me a bit is Mmamo from Clearwater Branch, CAN your mediocre and unreliable cancellations department contact her and can we PLEASE get this resolved. I will be in touch with ICASA should this matter not be resolved by the 15th of December 2017. this has been going on since I renewed my contract with TELKOM and is actually unbelievable how bad the service level with telkom is. THE cancellation department called me once I was in a meeting and they never called back, the call once and if they cant get hold of you the close the case.... then the same old starts all over again.
<p>I have had technician after technician come and do tests and told me the signal was low and they would get back to me, the last one was about 3 month ago and yesterday some one called me and has said that all is in order there is nothing wrong with the signal.... Then why have 3 different technicians come through to run tests and suggested that they look into it, if all is in order. I then had a lady Mpho Kambule who was at least keeping me in the loop and was looking to get a cancellation in order if they could not come up with a resolution, As i mentioned to her I was were happy and would not want to cancel.... but perhaps that is best, Growing terribly frustrated by the incompetant service i have recieved by Telkom. I am sure that she has left as I have mailed her without response for months now..... PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME.</p>
<p>Contacted me after i made a query was made on their site. Quoted me a reasonable price. kept me updated throughout the process and had my machine delevered back to me in days. service is amazing and a rare find. I have not checked my ps4 yet but if it is anything like the service, I am sure it will be good as new.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Shaun for the great service. Highly recommended.</p>
<p>case ********** 0 - All I get is an sms or email saying the case in under investigation, been into clearwater telkom store and asked them to escalate it and they said that the person assigned to my case will get back to me in a week... its now two weeks and yet once again I am having to follow up on a service that I am not receiving. I am tired of this and want a senior manager to contact me and resolve my issue within a week or contact me to cancel my Contract.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS has been going on for over 6 or 7 months and I am still been ignored but my payments continue to go off. I am in the service industry and find it hard to believe that a large enterprise like telkom has such bad customer service and do not keep to any promise that they make. It is truly shocking.</p> <p> </p> <p>sort it out or get me off this LTE joke of a service.</p>
<p>Good Day Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p>After 3 months now 4 months, 2 technician visits and after installing an external antenna. MY INTERNET is still slow and up and down... It is more usable at certain times of the day since the antenna but then nothing an hour later. AS stated in previous complaint. I WAS a very happy client... now I am extremely unhappy. I was patient however that patience is wearing thin. FIX my LTE in the next 7 days or please contact me to cancel my LTE contract and move me over to Fibre or anything that WORKS. I honestly think that there are to many LTE users and the network is bottlenecked 90% of a 24 hour day. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP and sort this out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Technician that put up the antenna (who was great by the way) said that the internet connection was more stable but the sppeds still low.</p> <p> </p> <p>PS: I sent another mail to your contact centre on your website however no response.... shocking how bad the service in that department has been.</p>
