Disgusting service
Legal & Tax is good in recruiting people for membership. Submitted my documents for tax return filing and i tried to contact the consultant but she was rude and ended up ending my call

Bad
Me and my girlfriend booked and cancelled almost same time because they dont allow outside alcohol in their rooms but now they are taking forever to refund us and on bookings they didnt state that they dont allow outside alcohol, you only see that after you book when receiving approval emails.

Bad service and it must be avoided at all cost I think they scam people
Did the claims last week Thursday gave you guys all the documents you needed and from then haven't heard anything from you guys and when I am calling you guys put me onhold. And last night I caught someone trying to steal a wiper in my car. So what next should I do? Now they are telling me that Shalene can't take my calls because her head phones got problem Till now no feedback and I am using that car to go to work so I don't know what to do anymore because I've asked for curtaisy car they again putted me on hold Claim number is 619208 Policy no INS0023022
