I am very disappointed with the service and product quality at this McDonald’s retail crossing branch On 6 February, I purchased two McFizz Passion Fruit drinks with 2 meals (I still have the receipt). Unfortunately, both drinks tasted like plain carbonated soda water with little to no passion fruit flavour. The taste was completely inconsistent with the usual standard I expect. What is even more frustrating is that this is not the first time this has happened at this branch. I previously experienced a similar issue and raised it, but received no feedback. After this recent incident, I again emailed them and have still not received any response. As a paying customer, it is disappointing to repeatedly experience the same quality issue and then be ignored when reporting it. I was also unable to return to the store on the same day, which made the situation even more frustrating.
I have been experiencing extremely poor service from Alexander Forbes regarding the withdrawal of my provident fund. I initiated the process over a month ago and have comp**** with every step required from my side. Despite numerous calls and two formal complaint emails to the complaints department, I have received no resolution so far Each time they contact me I am promised follow-ups and appointments that never materialise. I have to be the one to constantly call them back or send an email ,there is absolutely no accountability or urgency from their side. They keep changing the reason for the delay and make empty promises about sending verification links and forms, but nothing ever gets done. I was repeatedly told that I would receive feedback within three working days but the lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism is unacceptable, especially when dealing with people's hard-earned retirement savings. I am deeply frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I am now turning to HelloPeter in the hope that this public complaint will prompt Alexander Forbes to finally take responsibility and resolve this matter urgently. I would like a senior representative to contact me directly and provide a clear explanation for the delays and a final resolution timeline because I don’t believe a word that anyone else has to say
Chiapas Sandton City Customer service was soooo disappointing ,the staff don’t care if you standing there waiting for service,they just look at you and have a fat chat,they were talking about me in Zulu thinking I can’t hear them because I look a little coloured the things they said about me sooo offensive
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE WIG STORE, I PURCHASED A WIG FROM THEM AFTER SENDING PROOF OF PAYMENT THEY STOPPED RESPONDING, AND THEY POST EVERYDAY IT LOOKS LEGIT BUT ITS A SCAM!!!
I ordered 2 whole meals from burgerKing Westgate with a kiddies meal on the side using Uber eats, I had never ever had a bad experience through Uber eats, so once I got inside I realized that I didn't have the kids meal I contacted the driver back and he told me they didn't give it to him at the restaurant and he will go back and fetch it and brig it to me within 20 min he still hasn't been back, I sent 2 complaints on the burger King uber eats app and they said they will send me an email and review the order it has been almost 2 weeks now, I even have a receipt for that same day, I had to go buy my child another meal, I'm so disappointed that it takes this long to review a small order I want my money back it's not the first time this has happened, I let the first one slide because they only missed one item
