I would like to warn everyone out there to think twice before having any dealings with Isabella Garcia beauty products. My mom who is suffering from Alzheimer's are receiving stuff from these people and then money is being deducted from her bank account. i have tried phoning these people but the number does not work I have sent E-Mails to them with no response, and I have gone onto their website to contact them, nothing. So, my advice to anyone out there stay away from ISABELLA GARCIA!!!

My mom is one of their victims where they just send her stuff and then start deducting from her bank account. My mom is 82 and have Alzheimer's. I have tried several times to contact these people on the following contact details on their website tel. no 010 140 7141 E-Mail info@isabella-garcia.com. The telephone number does not work, and one receives no response from them via E-Mail. So, on my next Business trip to JHB i will personally go and visit them and be assured i will be bringing backup with me to sort this out the old fashion way. Kind Regards JS
To whom it may concern, I am writing this review to tell everyone about the POOR and PATHETIC service I received from a 24/7 filling station. On Friday 27/02/2026 i stopped at Sasol Walker Drive Port Elizabeth as I often do as I am a regular client of theirs to fill up my vehicle just to be told that they cannot help me and I would have to wait from half an hour to an hour as they were on shift change and I had to wait to be helped. I am writing this review today to share my experience I had regarding Duram paint. I bought a property and spend close to R500 000 renovating the property. I decided to use Duram paint on the outside as it offered the best warranty and there were not much of a price difference between Duram and the other makes. Three years later the eaves on the front part of the house started pealing. I contacted Duram's rep and he came out and told me that I used the incorrect under cote as there were "chalking" precent-strange that only the front section of the house had this problem. He informed me that he will still log the case and see if they could assist me. It has been 5 weeks since he was at my property and still no word from either the rep or Duram themself. Yesterday I went to a paint supplier and bought some Plascon paint and will be painting the eaves within the next couple of days. My issue is not as much that Duram did not replace the paint, it is that I was simply left in the dark and did not receive any feedback from them. My advice to anyone looking to buy Duram paint is to think twice.
I app**** for a fiber installation at my property. Two weeks after I app**** the router was delivered. It has been five weeks and three service providers later and I still don't have any connection. I have contacted Mweb several times with absolutely no assistance and all I have received is the run around. I try to contact them 5 times today in total I have spent close to an hour and a half on the phone with no one answering the phone. My advice to anyone wanting to have fiber installed is to look for another service provider.
To whom it may concern I am writing this today not that I am expecting we buy cars to respond but rather to inform the public out there to be very careful and vigilant when dealing with we buy cars. I bought an Echo camping trailer from we buy cars, I stay in Port Elizabeth but I bought the trailer from there Midstream branch, I dealt with a young gentleman by name of Sheldon. It was a cash deal and in my opinion everything should have gone smoothly however I had to phone Sheldon several times to get an update on the progress of the sale etc. I specifically enquired about the roadworthy of the trailer and was informed by Sheldon that We buy cars do not roadworthy trailers, however I must create a profile for myself on their website and once the sale was concluded a DEKRA Voucher would be loaded on my profile for me to take the trailer myself to DEKRA for roadworthy. There would be no cost involve for we to roadworthy the trailer. Well up to this morning there is no voucher. I enquired regarding the registration papers of the trailer and was again informed by Sheldon that once the sale was concluded I could collect it from them, I then requested that it be send to their PE branch as I stay in PE. About 2 weeks after this I received an email from Thembeka Mathibela and Danielle Botes stating that the Natis documentation is ready for collection, I responded to their mail and up to this moment have not received any response. I again then phoned Sheldon who told me that the documents would be send to PE. I again enquired about the DEKRA vouched and was told by Sheldon that I stated that there were a vouched on my profile for DEKRA, this is incorrect. Sheldon then said to me that when I collect my documents from there PE branch I should enquire about the DEKRA vouched from the PE branch. On 8/11/2022 I logged onto we buy cars website and tried to contact them via their customer care centre I received a mail back the next day requesting some information witch I forward to them, well again I received no feedback from them in this regard. On Saturday the 12/11/2022 I went to we buy cars PE to collect the NATIS documentation and enquired about the voucher, the lady assisting me with the NATIS documentation was very helpful. When I enquired about the voucher she informed me that there nothing send from Midstream. She then took me to the “floor manager” I told my story to him and he tried to get hold of Sheldon, after standing around for about 15 min I asked him to contact me once he had received feedback from Sheldon, he did verify my cell number before I left, well its Monday morning and I still have not received any feedback from anyone. So my advice to anyone who wants to do business with we buy cars, be very careful and make sure that you obtain all the necessary information from them upfront and never do business with them over the phone or via their website. I am writing this review as I have reached the end of my rope with the DA lead Kouga municipality. Houses situated in the Noorsekloof area of Jeffreysbay is still running of septic tanks as the excuse from the municipality is it forms part of a nature reserve thus cannot be connected to the sewage system of the town, thus the homeowner has to contact the call center to dispatch a truck to service the septic tank. However, one contacts the call center, after two weeks the tank is over flowing, and the raw sewage is running down the road. We have contacted the municipal staff (municipal manager/infrastructure manager/ etc.) on numerous occasions however they are simply not intrastate to assist. I have warned the staff at Kouga municipality that I will revert to social media, as they are not doing what is expected of them I have also send a mail to the DA dead office with foto’s attached but have not received any feedback as yet. It is a pity, one pays once taxes yet one do not receive the service delivery one expects from your local government. The DA campaign slogan is “The DA gets things done” does not apply to the Kouga municipality. I can continue with more details if required Thanks Kind Regards J. Serfontein

I am writing this review as a very disappointed customer of Grafton Everest. I bought a new Grafton lounge suit and after about a year I started having problems with the 3 seater couch. The repair agent in Port Elizabeth where very unprofessional and have caused me more frustration than joy. I have gone as far as contacting Mr Dominique Resnik the manager of Grafton; after a number of day had past he responded by saying he is in meetings but will respond that same evening to my mail. It has now been 5 days later and I have not received any communication back from him. I have all the communications send and received as well as the ref no for the repairs performed. The lounge suit is still covered by the warranty yet it is clear that Grafton Everest and Mr Resnik is not interested in assisting their customers. I will think twice before I ever again buy anything from Grafton. Thanks J. Serfontein
