The call center staff are absolutely rude and dont have a clue on what customer service is. They dont have managers to escalate any issues to and can neither make contact to delivery drivers. I've been getting messages day my order is out on delivery and will arrive by latest 18h30 for the past 2 days. There tracking system is useless as it says out on delivery. Pathetic service.
Riley provided me with exceptional and outstanding service. My call was less than 5 mins and funds were in the account. She was was extremely polite and professional. Thank you for the great server
I ordered in November 2024, when I followed up on my order 711081. I was advised that they out of stock and will send it as soon as stock arrives. To date despite my emails and telephone calls which never goes through I still have no response. I need my refund
Horrible experience. I have queries with them since 2020 about why my mums chronic blood thinners in not being paid for. They were previously paid. They asked for DRs motivation, which we got, to date despite many follow ups we still paying cash monthly, my mum is a pensioner and cannot afford to pay cash. This is ridiculous
I would give telkom 0 starts if I could. Their systems are useless. They aren't able to help after 4 hours on the phone , they expect you to go back and forth between there departments. And I still have no resolution. I'm paying for a service I'm not getting and wasting my airtime and I still have to buy seperate data for their **** service. Their managers are never available to speak to, they can't even give a reference number after an hour on the phone
