I am honestly appalled by the lack of service and feedback I received this evening. I have been waiting for over an hour for my food to be delivered and ended up having to go the the restaurant myself to order and collect the food. The app still says that my order is being prepared.The agent I spoke to at first, Zintle, advised that the driver was on his/her way to the restaurant. The second agent I spoke to then advised that Zintle had “****”. Very disappointed.
Be very careful of Webafrica and their agents I acquired a service with them in beginning of April 2025, today is the 24th of June 2025 and up until this day, Webafrica has not provided the service they billed me every month for. They charged me for a technician to come out,only for the technician to also not know how to resolve the issue.They blamed Vumatel for the fact that there was an issue or as they refer to it as a "fault" with my internet until yesterday, the , when I decided to take it upon myself to drive to Vumatel head offices. To my surprise, when I arrived at Vumatel, a full & detailed profile was loaded by WebA where it shows that they NEVER submitted/escalated any form of communication to Vumatel to tell them that there was a problem, in fact they *****ed up my profile so much so that they had me and a completely different individual under an address they added their own extras to as that was not the address I provided, they had another person loaded under my profile but different names and after all the back and forth I went through with them from April up until today, none of their agents picked that up or picked that up. Vumatel in less than 24 hours, picked up that WebA had embossed my details incorrectly, Vumatel sent their own technician out first thing in the morning, mind you I got to their offices late yesterday afternoon as I could only go after work, the managers and sales manager stayed until they could provide me an actual solution and immediatlely notified me that the issue has been resolved. Had I never gone to Vumatel myself, Webafrica would have continued to lie and blame Vumatel, they would have continued to debit me for a service I never received until I went to Vumatel myself and they were tasked with putting out a fire that was not theirs to put out in the first place. And to add insult to injury, while I was at Vumatel, I was actively communicating with an agent at Webafrica who was trying to cover up the mistakes and was attempting to change the mistakes they made on system, not realizing that I quite literally waslooking at the portal and could see she was trying to cover it all up and make quick changes. They are also refusing to provide a refund for the down time, for the technician they billed me for that could not resolve the issue from dial a nerd and the R249 once off fee they charge customers which I feel I should be refunded as they had processed my information incorrectly. WebA is unprofessional, ***********, and are ****s. All of their agents/managers and employees lack the expertise to actually assist a client with a query let alone a concern.
@webafrica_sa @webafricaffiliate @vumatel_webafrica_issues I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, arrogant and useless service provider in my life , I took a product with WA a month ago and am still waiting for them to activate and assist me with setting up my internet. I have booked two appointments that they missed due to “influx of requests” and they have the nerve to say that they will charge me a call out fee if they send a technician out to sort out an issue that is on Vumatel/WebAfrica’s side . Mind you, they have already deducted my premium for the month but I have no internet . Speaking truthfully, I would not recommend WebAfrica or Vumatel to the devil if he asked me.
The mixed race employees at the Mulbarton Pharmacy&Clinic @Maggies spar are DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST!!! On Saturday,11th of February 2023 , I went to the pharmacy in the early hours of the morning,sick as a dog ,going to buy cough syrup. When I went into the pharmacy there were two Mixed race ladies sitting behind the counter and I approached them with an old bottle of cough syrup I had and explained that I was not well and wanted to purchase that same cough syrup I got from my doctor and even said "if you dont have this one,please can you give me something that is similar or will work just as well"... these two ladies proceeded to look at each other and started speaking and laughing about me in Afrikaans with a third employee whom I could not see and because i had a doek on my head,they ASSUMED , that because I appeared to be a black african , I would not understand what they were saying. They proceeded to INSINUATE that i was buying cough syrup for the wrong purposes and continued making sarcastic remarks about it . I was so tired and weak that I actually had zero energy to deal with it then,so I went back today and returned the bottle. I am immensely disgusted at this treatment , I cannot believe that its been God knows how long since apartheid ended and I still gotta be dealing with this ****.....TIMES HAVE CHANGED!!! THERE ARE WHITE PEOPLE WHO ARE PROFICIENT IN AFRICAN LANGUAGES , THERE ARE BLACK PEOPLE WHO SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND AFRIKAANS AND SO MUCH MORE ...AT WHAT POINT ARE YOU GOING TO STOP BEING NARROW-MINDED AND HOW DARE YOU SPEAK OF A CUSTOMER IN THIS WAY WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING OR ASKING AT ALL!!! SIES MAN.
Thanks to the outstanding service at Autobahn my beautiful Bella is as good as new. They made sure to regularly update me on the progress of my repairs. I am so happy with the immaculate customer service . THANK YOU AUTOBAHN TEAM !!!
Mochachos on more than one occasion has given me the incorrect ,I have worked in restaurants before and one of the key points is always double checking that orders that go out are correct . Mochachos Ormonde staff are inconsistent and incompetent.
On multiple occasions while using Mr Delivery ,I have received the wrong order and every time you call Mr Delivery ,all they can offer you is a coupon like that is going to feed the person sitting without a meal. And the coupon does not even cover the delivery fee and they do not have contact with the drivers which is really concerning considering that this is a delivery app that uses drivers ,there should be better communication.
