Good Day. I've been unemployed for a while now and the bank is foreclosing on my home. More than 24hrs ago,I requested a withdrawal from hollywoodbets as per their terms and conditions. Their consultations now say I must wait 48hrs without a reasonable explanation
After receiving a confirmation email and a reference number attached to it concerning my query yesterday morning. Nobody has bothered to update me, no courtesy call nuthing. What a disappointment. A company that had employees who gave South Africa and the rest of Africa magic, started charities like red nose day. to the don't care attitude of your current CUSTOMER CARE employees, says alot about the company you are today
I contacted dtsv this morning and spoke to nokololeko, she informed me what I had to do to return one of the direct deposits back to me. I emailed and telephoned dstv numerous times during the day. The last person I spoke to was yizo at about 3.25pm..its close of business and I haven't had the courtesy of a reply. Is this the disgraceful, pathetic people you hire to represent Koos Bekkers Company. Shameful
I asked hollywoodbets 1 simple question yesterday,. Do I get reimbursed for a tickets that were scratched in a particular race. I still have not heard from them yet. They do not allow you to speak to anyone in authority and there are no avenues to get in contact with anyone in authority. You can get through the presidency, s office not a single person with authority at hollywoodbets
I would like to know why a person (me) who has worked all my life, I worked as a casual worker for cuberts shoes from standard 7, then continued to work at Sandton city for Barnes shoes for a year after school, I then worked for Toyota SA for 3 years before joining Multichoice Dstv for more than 20 years. When I was retrenched I attended SAIW and obtained a welding and fabrication inspection certification. I now cannot find work and no matter how much I have tried did not receive a cent from cyril ramaphosa, s government after paying tax all my life. Why.... Maybe cyril can try all his help lines and tell me why
The email that I received from hollywoodbets is the crux of my problem with their service. The 4th consultant whom I was so kindling transferred to by a very helpful Nomzamo. Told me after I was assured by the previous consultants that my account could no longer be activated because of security risks, I.. Me the customer must call back in 2 days.. I still have not been refunded for my exacts, s on the 24th Dec 2020.. They refuse to take my ticket numbers and see if they were refunded. Ohh I eventually found my password about 7pm logged in on a fone number I don't want and lost the money
I have experienced disgraceful service from hollywoodbets for the 2nd time. This morning when I was logged in my personal details prompt up and I incorrectly charged my fone number (one digit) from 48 to 45. After calling and emailing numerous times as per the Helpline consultations. They inform me to wait a day or 2 to get into my account
