19h15 on 6th Feb 26 call centre call for 2 hrs only to be cut off. Went from 3rd in line to 1st. Listening to music from hell. Simple query ingoing emails ok but not outgoing. Tried live chat who had no idea how to help. Sounds luke staff sit there chatting. How about a reliable supervisor????
Shockingly poor service. Received items I did not order and from the 13th of May have not received items I did order despite numerous emails. They also indicate items are in stock which means 3 day delivery, but once you pay you are advised goods have to be ordered and you need to wait 2 weeks!!!! The CEO needs to be dismissed as is useless and so are a lot of the staff.
Trying to order flowers for Es***vale Port Elizabeth or Gqeberha and any flower I choose says no delivery to that area. Their support staff cannot be undetstood on the phone or heard. They do not want to put me through to their useless IT Dep they just say I must email which I have already. Very frustrating!!!!!!
Shocking service. Again and again I buy items IN STOCK should receive in 3 working days. Place the order pay. After that a message comes to say items will be delivered in 2 weeks. I pay a monthly fee to them to have a 3 day delivery but this does not happen.
I waited for two hours the food was not even collected from the restaurant as I phoned them. I received a message from Uber Eats to say my order was cancelled and on top of all this they debited my credit card twice. Incompetence. Will not use them again.
Wanted 3 potplants delivered to my address. They wanted to charge a delivery fee FOR EACH ITEM!!!!

Trying for 2 weeks to get my tax certificate. Cannot get past call centre. Cannot speak to anyone senior. Their Whats Up chat has lazy people answering who are rude do not reply and let the session expire. The email info and myliberty are beyond useless they even sent me an email addressed to the wrong person. The complaints email came back to say that email is no longer and referred me to Info who are the problem.They will just delete the complaint. Spoke to Kaitlin on the toll free number she put me on hold and never came back to me. I have never had such *********** and lazy service ever. What do they have senior managers for if you cannot get to speak to them. Hopeless Company.
Bought Estee Lauder Beautiful Belle EDP, waste of money. Scent vanishes after 5 minutes and is very weak which is unlike Estee Lauder Perfumes. Will not order from this website again.
Shocking customer service. Send emails re a query and they do not bother to reply. Phone them put on hold for 15 minutes and then cut off. Phone back again was told will call me back This is not new they sometimes take 2 weeks to reply to query emails if at all.
