I am raising a dissatisfaction regarding the misconduct of the Commissioner Eugene Mtileni at CCMA Johannesburg office. Commissioner issued an award and everything in that award is a lie. Commissioner lost all the recordings but still continued to issue the award. The only recordings he has are the ones for the last day.
Signed up with MWEB on the 10th of April. They did not process the debit order. I called in 5days later and advised of same , they then gave me their banking details for an eft. I immediately made a payment. The order has been showing that the router is dispatched to the courier. I’ve followed up with the courier , they confirmed they do not have the parcel. I called MWEB again on the 30th I was advised that I logged the request incorrectly it’s not an installation but activation. I told MWEB so many times that there is no ONU box in the unit. They asked for pictures, I sent them . Still did not receive any feedback until I phoned Clear access and advised them of the issue. Clear access responded effectively and came to install the ONU. MWEB sent pictures way later. The router was only delivered yesterday. I called in … 3hours on a call taken from pillar to post just to activate the account. I called again this morning , 2 hours and the last agent advised. They are still waiting for confirmation from Clear access. I phoned Clear access they did send the forms to MWEB. The provisioning was done yesterday all that Mweb needs to do is to configure. The service is poor. I’m always put on a hold. I literally wait for 40minutes to get thorough, the next thing I’m being transferred it’s another 30 mins hold by the time I get to the correct department no one knows what to do. It’s excuses.
On the 3rd of December 2024 I created a shipment: 6LKG6V . The parcel was picked up on the 4th of December 2024 from Thatchfield(Centurion to Protea Glen) this was a LOF. On Thursday The courier Guy did not deliver and there was no communication. On Friday the 06th at 10:11 I called The courier Guy and spoke to Mpho Nkhobiso for 22 minutes. First she advised that the driver returned with the parcel on Thursday because it was already late for him to deliver. I asked her then why is it not out for delivery today (Friday 06) she said the driver left it at the hub. I requested to speak to the operational manager which she advised he/she is not available. She then advised that the parcel is out for delivery the driver confirmed that he does have it with him however on the system by the Hub at Kyasands/Cosmo City it states that the parcel is not out but that is just an error. No delivery was made on Friday and Saturday. Yesterday on Monday the 9th of December 2024 at 13:36 I received an email advising that my parcel is damaged. The parcel must have gotten damaged when they returned it to the hub. I’m annoyed . I want my refund!!!
I have lodged a fraud dispute and sent all requested documents to Vodacom Fraud dispute department. I have not received any response, no update on the progress. Nothing. I'm really disappointed I just want my name cleared of this fraud case. My credit score is negatively impacted.
3rd Debit Order went off my account for R1634. 53. I've never had an account with Vodacom and I don't even use vodacom as my network provider. This is fraud.
The service received Phumla Nxadi is pathetic. She's was very rude... and screaming. Is this how customers are treated?
Vodacom debited my account on the 14th of December 2021 R23.22 9and again on 25 January 2022 R818. 66 was debited. I do not have any account with vodacom and I never had an account with Vodacom in my entire life. I want these amounts refunded ASAP.
05/05/2021 I reported that Mafadi refuse to pay back my deposit.This matter is still not resolved. No one contacted me for a long a feedback and all proof was submitted to Hello Peter Admin. I'm truly disgusted in the manner in which Mafadi treats their customers especially when refunds needs to be made. They are scammers,they come up with so many excuses that are not even in the contract. I've asked Lilian twice before I came on Hello Peter that we go through the signed contract she could not provide me with that contract because she knows very well that none of those excuses are in the contract. They don't even care whether you report the matter here on Hello Peter. I will escalate this matter further to the court of law and EAAB. We cannot let Mafadi continue operating like this. I will not rest until I get my refund back.

I've been liaising with Dineo the whole of April and every week when I request for a feedback I'm being told that he didn't get a time to go to the office. Last week I phoned the office they giving me excuses on why they wont refund me.Ive asked them to send me a signed lease that stipulated all that they are telling me now. It's not there. They are very rude and careless
