My second review as I have not received any feedback from the Merchant. I have a problem with Mtn, I have 2 sim cards, I was paying R319 total every month.In October last year someone called me to upgrade my data package and told me I will only pay R350 which was not a major increase.I took it.Same month I was billed R559 until now.I told them to cancel everything and put it back to R319 where it was.They are unable to do it.My account is in arrears because of the increase they made.I can't use the app to cancel the subscriptions they added as they suggested.I want them to cancel all the subscriptions so that I can pay what I owe.They were able to do the Changes but now they are unable to remove the changes.
My contract with Car track is ending on 13 April 2026.I was told to place a notice of cancellation a month before to inform them of my intention to cancel the contract.On 6 March 2026 I send an email to request for cancellation and proof of cancellation as well.I have not received any feedback, I have already sent about four emails asking for feedback, still my cancellation has not been done yet, and I have to received any feedback still. I sent a Whatsapp requesting same, Since they asked me questions for security reasons, I answered the questions but no one is attending to my query. I WANT THE CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED NOW.I WANT PROOF OF CANCELLATION AS WELL.THEY MUST CONTACT ME AND TELL ME IT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.

Please beware of this company,They ****** me.I subscribed with R500 and they never opened my dashboard so that i can work.It is NOT LEGIT.Please check the reviews that gave a 4 & 5,It is not the regular reviewers,Looks like they register peoples names on hellopeter then give a review under those names.If you can check carefully,you will notice that one created a hellopeter account in May then give review in May.The list continues like that.To show that its is a lie,Why all 4 & 5 star reviewers has only one review each with the account registered in the same month on hellopeter.Please take time to look at this,because i saw it after paying them with my last money.All 1star reviews are correct.Please TAKE NOTE.
I was owing Woolies R76515 on my credit card.i went to the store on 06/04/2024 to settle it. I paid through point of sale with the card R76550.The payment has not been credited into my credit card.Woolies handed me over to Lawyers on the 8th of April 2024 after i made a payment.I was called by lawyers same day and i told them i settled the account in full but on their side there is nothing. I called Woolies recoveries they gave me an email address to send the receipt i got from the store.I have not received any feedback.The lawyers are still calling me regarding payment and Woolies is not doing anything to allocate funds on my credit card and updating the information to their lawyers.I did not expect this especially from Woolies.My credit bureau is also not updated.my cell no 0615164438

Good day I would like to lodge a complain against the service I have received at MRP HOME in Westgate Mall in Roodepoort, Gauteng.I normally buy my things at this store and in most cases I received good service except for yesterday 29/04/2021. I went into the store around 17:30 and went back to my car to fetch my card when I came back I found that the doors were closed and only one slide of the door was kept open at around 17:37.I choose the bed covers and sheets and I was not aware I chose flat sheets instead of fitted sheets I had to go back to chose the right ones and when I left the till Maria advised me I must not take all because she wants to cash up.I went and couldn't find the size that I was looking for for sometime,one guy came and told me they are running out of time I'm the only client left I must get what I want and go to pay.I asked another guy in the store to help me and the same lady by the name of Maria with a name batch supervisor,came to me to rush me and told me " lady you need to choose quickly you are the only one left in the store,I have to cashup, hurry and it was not even 17:50.She stared at me and kept repeating herself.I had to decide quickly as I don't have time to go back to the store and I needed those products.When I get to the till I'm taking out the card she says the machine is not working and when she returned me from the till she asked if I'll be paying cash I said yes and she did not specify whether she is talking about hard cash or not and in my understanding if she says how are you paying its either cash or account irrespective of card or hard cash.I had to take out hard cash.I had to walk out of the store unhappy. And no one bothered about apologizing. The doors were closed before six.I walked in before 18:00 but I was treated like I'm a burden. I work in a bank I know about customer service and I know about cashup.clients come first,papers comes last.But in MRP HOME paper comes before people. The same people who keeps the doors of the store open.My concern is that the main person who gave me poorest service is the same person who is regarded as a supervisor in the store.Customers must be treated fairly and with respect.
