I am unhappy with how the move in and move outs inspections are handled, they would literally just want you to sign a satisfactory move in inspection even though there are things you are not happy about and need fixed. The shower walls were filthy and disgusting and we were promised a cleaner that never came. How are you saying the apartment is ready when you haven't done a thorough check first before the tenants come in? Then when we do the move out inspection the curtains are now inspected, the same curtains that we found in a bad state so much that even the guy who washed carpets in the building couldn't wash clean! Then when it's time to go after a 2 month period these mold stains on the curtains are your fault? I'm beyond displeased!
Boost loans debited me 3 times for 1 payment and even worse they debited money that was in a separate savings account on my card... I'm furious?! Is this why they require that we accept 2 debi checks and those debi checks are almost double the money you're even supposed to be paying them back?! I want my money back!
Refused basic sanitation We hereby have a complaint regarding Electricity and Water disconnection regarding request for Payment and it is a deep concern and disappointment regarding the recent actions taken by your office, specifically the disconnection of electricity and water supply to our rental unit. We did make efforts to make payment arrangements which we failed to uphold, granted, but your office has shown unwillingness to accommodate us, demanding full settlement instead. While we acknowledge the late rent payment, we have made partial payments. However, your office's decision to disconnect essential services, particularly water, poses significant health and sanitation risks. This action is unacceptable, especially considering we have paid a portion of the rent. Mind you this is only 1 month's rent owed. Furthermore, I would like to point out that the lease agreement does not grant them the authority to disconnect utilities. They have not provided written notice or terminated our lease as per the clause on the lease and disconnecting water supply deprives us of basic sanitation, violating our right to a habitable living environment. We would like to request restoration of electricity and water supply, a revised payment plan considering our financial constraints and written confirmation of any payment arrangements. We value our stay at the Leo but Buyi/Busi is making our lives really uncomfortable also discussing us with the cleaners not knowing we are fami**** with them too. We are committed to resolving this matter amicably. However, we need to protect our basic human rights too.A response with your intentions will be highly appreciated and if the landlord sees fit to terminate our lease and obtain payment accordingly we will accept that decision as well. What we do request is the restoration of lights and water. Being treated like a student does not cut it! We are adults who were sold dreams when viewing this place yet we are living quite the opposite. We therefore kindly request the restoration of lights and water. After a year's stay at The Leo we are being met with a storm with Buyi/Busi joining the office with Sihle.

Definitely the most unprofessional, disrespectful, disgusting service I’ve ever heard of and seen… I’ve had instances of my own where they’ve double debited me, where they’ve blocked my device yet payment is received and such but this morning Nozi and Shirley or is it Sheila take the cup.. imagine I’ve referred someone to this company and her device is blocked due to her payment having ‘bounced’.. good and well … the phone call we were just on though now!! Chillz down my spine I tell you as Nozi refuses to unlock the device for mails to accessible and the payment sorted, this is after no communication was even sent regarding the payment ‘bounce’! Shirley who is supposed to be the senior apparently.. blatantly says ‘do you want your device unlocked or not?!’ She goes on to drag the conversation clearly stating how much she doesn’t care about the customer being always right!… the damning thing about this whole thing is that they’ve previously inconvenienced her by blocking her device even when payment was done but no accountability and no apologies for their part in anything at all… these ppl really need to close down! Where else can we report such treatment in terms of service because Rentoza doesn’t look like they’re even trying to treat their consumers right any time soon! Appalling service providers really!!
I went in to relax my hair at Bobcuts hair salon the Rosebank branch and I was assisted by Nhlanhla … I could tell from the start that she didn’t know what she was doing as she did not even base me with hair food / Vaseline around my hair also to protect my ears from burning… I even stopped to ask her if she’s done a relax on anyone before and she said yes… long story short, the relax came out as though I had come into the salon just to wash my hair, the hair was not flat, it was still corse and it was nothing like a relax I’ve ever seen before. Nhlanhla was unapologetic, unsympathetic with no sincerity in her ‘fixing’ tone whatsoever… I’m appalled by this treatment from such an esteemed salon, more so for a mere relax on my hair!
Rentoza yet again takes the cup for the worst service you can ever experience... I'm a fool for giving them the benefit of a doubt... I'm waiting for a refund that I requested for 2 weeks ago and the only response I've ever gotten on the multiple mails, whatsapp messages, and Instagram messages is that 'this is being sent to the relevant department' ...looks to me that the request is on a trip as I've not gotten any further communication so I'm assuming the request is yey to get there (relevant department). Today I'm getting a shipment mail of the same order I wrote to them about 2 weeks ago to cancel and get my refund as I had waited 2 full months for this particular order... now it's being shipped to me by force because clearly my refund mail requested were ignored so that they ship the item and cause more complications for me to get my money back! These people! Even when they do respond they are rude and not helpful at all... people must really not get into any agreements with Rentoza.. I promise you will suffer.. feels like the service is good at the beginning (we all started there) unfortunately it does not go like that as the subscription goes... Rentoza I want my refund! Where can I report this company? Please assist me.
Rentoza really doesn't value their customers... they ignore all whatsapp communication no matter how many times you send messages. They fail to honor their debit dates agreement and are always debiting twice. Extremely poor and exhausting service.
Rentoza is definitely the type of business that would continue debiting your account even when your subscription with them is over and they'll say it's an error that they will rectify. Rentoza debited me twice for no reason then they tell me it was an error and it was rectified. Apparently the refund should be in my account in 3-5 working days yet here I am still waiting for my money and now when I contact them there is no response whatsoever. You don't want to get yourself in this situation, yes they deliver fast but then fast is not always best as they're service gets this appalling. Very disappointed and inconvenienced as I need these funds for other commitments.
I have a subscription with Rentoza and I'm going to celebrate my birthday with a device that won't give me quality pictures as I have to wait 7-8 more weeks to get back my device from repairs, that's on top of the 3weeks I've already been waiting. The consultants give misleading and false information whilst pretending to put you as the consumer first and the tone in their apology is so condescending. It looks like I'll be spending almost 12 weeks or more with a device (Temp) that's not even worth the subscription amount I'm paying. I'm very disappointed in Rentoza.
