Boikutlo's service was phenomenal. She ensured and promised that she will resolve my query and she did. She communicated with me throughout the process, to give me updates regarding my query. Her work ethic is incredible, she has never disappointed me and she always delivers. I am mostly and overly satisfied with how fast she was able to resolve my matter. She walked me throughout the entire process of the query. She is determined and knows what she is doing. We need more people like her indeed.
MTN claims have been giving me the runaround for a month after I claimed from insurance when my device got lost. I contact MTN they told me to go to the nearest MTN store, I went there so the phone can be blocked and I was told in store of which documentation I need to send via email to MTN claims, the documents were sent through and I was then told to send an excess fee of R658 even after I have been them for three years straight every month. I paid the excess amount and they are still giving me endless runarounds, MTN now expects me to go to an MTN store and I find a consultant and his/her number so that MTN claims can contact that person to receive the phone on my behalf. My question is why do I still have to pay the insurance if I’m given this much runaround when I am now claiming, they can remotely do such but expect me out of my own pockets to go find a consultant of their own. MTN’s service is very poor, the insurance claims is even worse, I’ve been this much money to get an excellent service in the time of need but it’s not what I’m getting. But when it’s time for payment from side, no time is wasted whatsoever.
I've applied to the institution for the 2022 year paid the application. Then after I do not receive any further communication from the allocated student advisor, I have to constantly email to enquire about the status of my application. Around early October I sent the student advisor an email to ask if my application was successful or not. The student advisor confirmed that my application, and gives me no further information. Towards the end of October I receive an sms from the institution saying R2000 registration fee is due on the 31st of October 2021. I contact the institution to enquire and confirm the authenticity of the sms I had received, and it was confirmed. I then I asked why am I only receiving this now whereas the due date is only days away. I paid the registration fee. Then after weeks pass no communication from VC midrand I then email the student advisor to ask when will registration begin the student advisor said on the 6th of December 2021. The 6th of December passes without any communication I decided let me give them a week. After I emailed the student again asking, then responded saying registration will only begin on 21st of January 2022 and a link will be sent in order to be directed to the registration contract. Till today I haven't received any feedback nor anything. I always have to ask in order to receive information but when it comes to payments and all sms are sent on the last minute and I am expected to jump. The services we receive from VC midrand is very unpleasant and frustrating because it keeps one in the dark not knowing where you stand with your application. This will be first year with VC midrand but already I have a bad taste in my mouth.
I have been paying my dstv account of which there is an extra amount of Showmax that is being debited monthly, recently when I tried watching Showmax it has been giving me problems saying I need to upgrade in order to watch Showmax. I contacted Dstv on Thursday, November 10th 2022 and spoke to Ayanda, a very friendly person who assisted me and solved the issue promptly. On Friday the 11th of November 2022 I encountered the same problem and contacted them again in regards to my Showmax not working and it’s giving me the same problem as Thursday, I spoke to their consultant Anathi who seemed to be very impatient and did not sound like she knew what she was doing, we spoke for +- 40 minutes of which the ten minutes I was on hold as she said she was going to ask for assistance from her fellow colleagues,I waited but I later hanged up because I’ve been waiting for quite a while and she called me 30 minutes later saying she is still trying to get assistance and that was the last I’ve heard from Dstv till date regarding this issue and my showmax problem is still unsolved yet I’m paying them monthly although I still can’t access my showmax. Unless I’m compensated for this incident, I am cancelling my subscription with Dstv as a whole as they are incompetent and the content they serve us is the same things played over and over again.
The chicken licken franchise in Atteridgeville Pretoria at Nkomo village does not taste like chicken licken at all. Sometimes the food even smell like they are spoilt or something and when you report it to the store manager they say sorry we'll fix it but you still come across the same problem next time. Please intervene.
I had emailed both phuthuma nathi and welkom yizani about claim my dividends. I firstly received an email from phuthuma nathi to fill in a digital form which till this day I haven't received a reply nor my dividends. I then sent an email of complaint to welkom yizani which they responded to and was informed to again fill in the digital form which I did for the third time and I haven't received an email confirming that the documents were received and I then sent a second email of complaint and till this day I haven't received a response nor my dividends.
