UNREALIABLE PAVING CONTRACTOR....
DH Paving: donevinhaupt70@gmail.com- Donovan is a unreliable paving contractor. When, he honors an appointment, all is smiling, great qoute, When workers pitched, work is completed, Donovan is never on-site to do inspection, his email is deleted after contract is done, he is not answering cellphones, keeping appointments - its a nightmare. Aftersale service, all mouth, no follow through.

ABSA Activate Insurance - Communication
We have all our cars, home owners insurance with ABSA Activate Insurance. We had a few claims, we logged it as per system requirements, all went well, until we had to contact ABSA Activate via phone & email for feedback... Cynthia Mohlaminyane is handling this part - we struggled with getting any feedback on any claims. Over & over we had to follow up, prompting, asking what's going on.... We complained about this once & now all of a sudden ABSA Insurance gave notice of cancellation of our Insurance Policy.... We are not satisfied with the way they handled this at all. No calls, just a email with notification. We only asked for better communication between Cynthia Mohlaminyane with the logging of claims & home owners. Now we wonder why ABSA can't do this better?

NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER
I am NOT a happy customer. Saturday, 21 May I took in 1 DB Duvet Inner (hollow fibre) & 1 DB Blanket for wash & dry. Full payment was made. Tuesday, 24 May 2022, 16h55 - guess what - my goods is not done as yet.... Then I asked the staff, how long will it take to do 1 DB Feather Duvet Inner, & turn-around time is 3 business days!!!

ABSA FINANCE
I'm under debt review. Absa vehicle finance takes debit order, which results in diuble debit order from my account. They do not honor Form 17.1 & Form 17.2 at all. Now I had reqyested on a monthly basis for a refund, and this month: 12days since 1st request, in writing, and still NO FEEDBACK, NO RESPONCE, NO REFUND. We asked help & this is type of service we received. How the hell do they expect us to survice & live?
