Glenhazel Branch Northfield Ave - friendly, professional staff and prompt service. My washing came back looking almost better than new. Neatly packed and good use of hangers, that’s how much care they take and well priced. I have been twice, highly recommend them and “I’ll be back”

I took in my sneakers for a clean on the 30th of August 2023 at their San Ridge branch. I was told that it will take a typical of two days for them to be ready however after 4 days, I went to their branch and I was told that my shoes are still not ready with no particular reason as to why that is. This was oddly suspicious but I chose to stay patient. I finally received a text to come and pick up the shoes on the 6th of September 2023. Upon picking up the shoes, I made the mistake of not doing a thorough check of the quality of the shoes. It was only on the 8th when I took the shoes out of the packaging and I wore them that I realized both the left and right pairs are torn. Now take into consideration that these are Fila sneakers which are made with really strong material and I have had them for two years and never experienced an issue. When I went to show the people at the San Ridge branch, I was given a nonchalant response from them and they did not want to take responsibility. They told me the manager is overseas and the individual in charge (Vusi), hung up the phone while I was still busy talking to him and explaining the situation. No one is willing to take responsibility and to explain why they kept the shoes for a week instead of the normal two days. They adopt a don't-care attitude when customers complain and the employees do not know how to handle queries because they choose to deflect. I would recommend against using this company for your treasured items because they will not treat them with the respect or care that you would hope for.

I am NOT a happy customer. Saturday, 21 May I took in 1 DB Duvet Inner (hollow fibre) & 1 DB Blanket for wash & dry. Full payment was made. Tuesday, 24 May 2022, 16h55 - guess what - my goods is not done as yet.... Then I asked the staff, how long will it take to do 1 DB Feather Duvet Inner, & turn-around time is 3 business days!!!

A Franchise Group that orders Flyers and business cards but then never pays you for the goods ordered . Was ordered by Divane on 31 May 2019 and after numerous follow ups we decided to write off the amount of R1529.16 . - No reply also received from the Head Office in Pretoria. -Obviously no ethical values when it comes to conducting business so be warned.

A Franchise Group that orders Flyers and business cards but then never pays you for the goods ordered . Was ordered by Divane on 31 May 2019 and after numerous follow ups we decided to write off the amount of R1529.16 . - No reply also received from the Head Office in Pretoria. -Obviously no ethical values when it comes to conducting business so be warned.

I am not a client of Crisp and Clean (Bryanston) and after this morning, I will NEVER be. I witnessed how the driver of their vehicle was driving on Republic like a maniac! This person jumped a robot and then went on to sit behind a car (in the left lane) and literally bully them. The car ahead of this car were stopped and this car had left quite a bit of following distance. Crisp and Clean sat on this cars backside and flashed lights at them and hooted. They then further went on to leave their bright lights on this poor vehicle who was in the slow lane and driving like a responsible person. The registration had a FL in it. After witnessing this, I will never use this company. They should be ashamed to treat people like this when their driver was breaking the rules of the road!

Requested a general quote on line for dry cleaning of a wedding dress. Pieter was the only person who responded, and this was within an hour or two. He phoned me to discuss it further and offered me a great discount and they also offer a door-to-door service, which is a huge plus as I did no have to ride around dropping off and collecting. Pieter promised the dress would be ready by a certain date and time and it was even delivered earlier. The dress looked stunning, and I am so impressed with his service, his friendly ,yet professional manner and really good prices he offers. I will certainly use him again in the future for all my dry cleaning needs and will recommend his company to friends and family.
