The website www.alphaplantandservices.co.za is a S*C*A*M*ming website. You will send them money and never see a machine. The real company does exist and is situated at 75 Guthrie Road but THEY DO NOT HAVE A WEBSITE!! The number 0*6*0*5*5*6*0*4*8*7 are S*C*A*M*M*E*R*S!!!! For the real plant hire company contact them on 0*1*1*8*2*7*9*1*9*0. They have caught numerous people and there are tons of police cases open at various police stations. How this website is still operational, I don't know!!My previous review was removed. BEWARE

I hired an Excavator from them and used the following website https://www.alphaplantandservices.co.za/ I spoke with 'Sidney' whose number is 060 556 0487. On Saturday the machine never arrived. When I went to the address, there is a company by the name Alpha plant and Hennie confirmed they don't know this person and this is not their company website. I have opened a ***** case but people need to be aware that this website and people are ****MERS!!!!
I am truly disappointed with Edgar's to a point of writing this review. I bought my husband 4 pairs of Stone Harbour Jeans in November. We only buy his Jean's there as it's the only shop that caters for 2m tall guys and can buy based on width and length. Out of those 4 Jean's, 3 have torn open in the worst places possible! One tore open yesterday, onsite while in Botswana!! The tears are absolutely huge and as if the material shredded. This is unacceptable. I don't keep slips of the Jean's because we have never had this problem before until now. I am out right disgusted with the quality of Jean's we recieved and the absolute waste of money that has happened. I suggest you fix this or else I would rather import Jean's for my husband from somewhere else.
DISGUSTED!!!Before Covid and Lockdown started, I appointed a new financial advisor. I was made aware just before Lockdown that he still was not allowed on the system. I followed up with SEVERAL phone calls and was ensured that the problem was fixed and that the old USELESS ADVISOR was removed. TODAY, I HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE THAT MY APPOINTED ADVISOR IS STILL NOT ALLOWED ON THE SYSTEM BECAUSE DISCOVERY FEELS THAT MY NEW ADVISOR CAN'T PROVIDE ME WITH SERVICE AND ADVICE ON MY MEDICAL AID CAUSE MY INVESTMENTS ARE LINKED!!!! WHAT A LOAD OF ****! Who the hell do you think you are to say who can manage MY F*&KING money!!!TODAY, is the day, they I cancel all my policies and F YOU TOO DISCOVERY! You didn't even communicate this with me or anything. If I could give a fing negative sign I would. YOU DISGUST ME and HOW DARE YOU ALLOW SOMEONE ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNTS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ANYMORE!!!!!YOU HAVE BREACHED CONTRACT AND I AM DONE!!!
My initial experience with Vox was fine. I was happy with the service I received and would of considered them when we moved. However, this changed. I can not recommend Vox to anyone. Being on a MONTH to MONTH contract you would expect to be able to cancel or leave at any time... NO! This is not the case. You are only on a month to month contract after a year. This is my first issue. My second issue is to relocate a service (NOTE: NOT CANCEL, RELOCATE), you have to pay to leave the month to month contract as you can't just relocate but are forced to cancel. We paid R3500 to cancel and then after that bitterness was set in to pay decided there was no incentive for us to stay at Vox. Since the contract is cancelled so be it. But was has finally put a tick into me, is the theft of my money after the contract has been cancelled and the fact that no one has gotten back to me!!!! The one lady who I had spoken to on the phone said she can't understand it and transferred me to someone who never answered so the phone cut out. This Kind of service is OUTRAGEOUS!!! So as per these reasons, I can not recommend Vox and if this money is not returned to me ASAFP, I WILL take Legal action as you are thieves and are stealing my money without my consent! So maybe now I will be contacted with regards to what exactly is going on as I have had to resort to these measures to hopefully get a reaction from Vox!!!
I have a tax free call account with Standard bank and last week I downloaded my IT3B from the online app. On the Document, it showed the incorrect address on the document. As in not mine, not even in the same province. I then went to the bank and was told it is an internal glitch and would be sorted out this week. I DO work for a living and can not just come in and the problem is not sorted out. So a glitch can occur on the funds in the account as well, I'm guessing?. If this problem is not resolved by the end of the week, I will shut my account!
Here we go again. If I could give minus stars, I WOULD. This is the worst service provider I have ever come across. They Lie and steal you money and they even breach the contract but you must accept it. So let's start at the beginning. On the 27th of April, my husband sent a letter cancelling his 3GB topup contract. It was sent by SH (for privacy reasons) as we were at Vodacom Cresta. His contract expired in March already and due to Vodacom promising a service and not delivering we have decided to cancel. He sent a follow up on this when we entered May as money had been deducted from his account and he was again credited with useless data that we could not use. From his follow up on the 1st of May he received an automated email with a reference number saying he would be contacted in 24hrs, HE WAS NOT. NO SURPRISE. I phoned Vodacom the Business unit on the 5th of May and was told that they did receive the document and that it takes 30 days for the effect to come into place. They further told me that at the end of May, the deduction would be done for May but NO DATA would be LOADED on the SIM and that the CONTRACT would then be CANCELLED!!!! They also lied and said that an acceptance letter would be sent in 30 days as to the cancellation. WE did NOT get this. Now that it is the 6th of June, we have woken up to find that the money for the data contract was deducted from my husband's account (this was supposed to happen) but WE HAVE 3GB OF DATA LOADED ON THE FLIPPING SIM AGAIN. I think we have been patient and nice and polite, however, what do you as a company not understand. We do not want this data contract as we stay in Fontainebleau and have to walk round the house to get a call on our cellphones because we have no signal. You have breached contract by promising a service and not providing. I have complained about this previously and was told the current system can't handle the demand!! So YOU MAKE EMPTY PROMISES, CHARGE PEOPLE AND LIE! If this contract is not canceled by the end of today and the data withdrawn, legal proceedings will occur from our side as we have followed all the requirements set by this lying, cheating company! And these legal costs will be carried by VODACOM! I am sick and tired of the lies this company tells. You are the worst service provider I have ever come in contact with.
I am not a client of Crisp and Clean (Bryanston) and after this morning, I will NEVER be. I witnessed how the driver of their vehicle was driving on Republic like a maniac! This person jumped a robot and then went on to sit behind a car (in the left lane) and literally bully them. The car ahead of this car were stopped and this car had left quite a bit of following distance. Crisp and Clean sat on this cars backside and flashed lights at them and hooted. They then further went on to leave their bright lights on this poor vehicle who was in the slow lane and driving like a responsible person. The registration had a FL in it. After witnessing this, I will never use this company. They should be ashamed to treat people like this when their driver was breaking the rules of the road!
My Husband and I used Kenya Airways 3 weeks ago and I can't explain what a pleasant journey we had. The aircraft was on time, which we had been worried about as our connection time was under a hour. They were not delayed at all and were accomodating for tall people who need a bit of extra leg room as well. The captain even alerted us to look out the window to see Mount Kilimanjaro. Customer service was very good and staff was very pleasant. Would definetly fly with Kenya Airways again.
