I decided not to pay my account this month, I was not happy with being told that my tower is faulty and nothing is being done. I pay however my connection is lagging, limited or just not there. On the 1st I got a call asking if I'm aware that I didn't pay for my wifi I said yes and I gave my reason they said they would look it into it... nothing happened it's the 23rd and the same message is being paddled by rain that a tower that I use is faulty. I was harassed daily by sms and calls even emails to pay for a service that I can't enjoy due to limited or no coverage. I am done all the months that I have paid and connection was lagging and limited can cover for the cancelation fee. Thank you
There's a special running of 2 redbulls for R35 countries wide, in the advert it's the summer edition and the normal redbull. However for whatever reason the summer edition doesn't scan on their system and they have a note apparently that states that the summer edition is not included. They are going against what head office has put out to say this is what we are running and doing their own thing because consumers would want to buy the limited edition. Being a law unto themselves. If it's not the wimpy getting one's order wrong and not including extras that one's pays for they refuse to sell what is advertised.

Zandile Luwaca, has been back tracking every single time she has to issue me with a letter telling me that nedbank has not provided my letter aa they have backlogs. I was called incessantly by this woman and advised me it's easier to settle than making monthly payments to avoid interest accumulation. I managed to get the funds and pay every single time I call a different story is given about nedbanks details.
I had a credit card with nedbank account was settled with Rossouws Attorneys in January and to date my account is still showing as owing and the reason for this as explained by the person who was assisting ( Zandile Luwaca) that Nedbank is delaying in issuing the settlement letters.
Had a Contract with cartrack and they are really good at signing you up However maintenance of the friendly service goes out the door the minute you sign up. My Contract ended December 2023 and all payments were made account is settled. Confirmed with their collections department sent the confirmation all payments settled and i am receiving black listing letters even though contractually we are not linked I spoke to Nompumelelo Mahlangu who assured me she would assist since last week nothing has been. Use another tracking company cartrack is the ****iest Ever!!!!!
I had 2 routers with the network one in jhb and the other in kzn, i decided to cancel my router in kzn because i wasn't home for more than 3 months. Called the call centre paid all that was outstanding with consultant on the line. I asked her to confirm that moving forward I would I would only be paying for 1 router and she confirmed this more than once. Rain has come back to say I still owe for the canceled router when i ask them to have a team leader call me ro listen to my interaction with the lady who assisted with the cancelation i never get a call back but i am bombarded with messages to say that i owe them.
I had signed up for 5g network with rain paid the upfront free as requested by the network and the following day I cancelled the order. I decided to go with another network. I was advised it's possible to cancel and I will be refunded within 10 business days. I have been waiting waiting for 2 months and every single time I'm told 10 business days I didn't even receive the router that comes with the package I was assured that I am going to be refunded. Now my emails are being ignored and the tickets that are issued
I submitted a claim which I thought would be easy most importantly I thought, I would not be made to feel that I asked to be hit by someone insured by omnisure. I had the displeasure of being assisted by Edith who decided to pass me on to another consultant because I asked her to explain why I'm duplicating things.
