<div>Their inverters is s..t..lasted 3 months and burnt out...they did not want to fix came up with all sorts of excuses...we had to pay another R6000 to have it fixed...now we are getting code 02 errors and they do not reply to any emails...PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!</div>

I have been sending emails for a week to Prestige banking as well as Cred Card division stating that I am out of the country advising that I am unable to make calls to SA and need my card details to make a payment .....TO NO AVAIL!!!..... Good day,Thank you for updating my banking details....HOWEVER, my broker has also submitted a form with other details that have changed. PATHETIC SERVICE...actually NO SERVICE!!!! I have been battling for almost two weeks to get them to change my banking details but to no avail!!! I am out of the country and cannot phone so have to send emails. I have sent numerous emails advising Momentum to please include new phones on my policy as I am out of SA and are unable to contact them via phone...asked them to advise accordingly....TO NO AVAIL!!! this is urgent so Momentum, PLEASE ADVISE or i will assume that my emails will be sufficient evidence should anything happen with the phones and i have to claim...

I have been sending them numerous emails advising that I am outside of SA and can therefore not contact them by phone and that they must please send me settlement details of my vehicle......however NO REPLIES WHATSOEVER!!!!
