My subscription is R195 per month and always /have been paying R200..Now they disconnected me and I've paid R270 but still disconnected. Nosipho Maphanga said there was a month dstv need 279 and I asked what for since my subscription is 195. So dstv please fix ur system and reconnect me...unhappy customer Dstv please fix
Cp is suppressing customers rights They announced that every household is normalized but it's not. When customers bypass connections they switch off...after giving them ultimatum to buy or remain in the dark...customers agreed to buy but still city power starts with those who bypassed...why can't they start with those who never normalized. Which is unfair to the ones who were buying. CITY POWER SERVICE SUCKS
Dstv-multichoice and dstv insurance ripping us off They have charge insurance amount that ive never agreed upon Now they want me to pay 150 so that I can be reconnected. They don't want to refund the whole money! I DID NOT AGREE ON THEIR INSURANCE
Im so disappointed with their services On sunday we logged a call for new installation even now the technician did not pitch Yesterday technician send an sms said he/ she will come install before 5pm , even today no1 came🥲..its gonna be a week without tv but they expect us to pay monthly premium. Poor service🚮🗑🚮
