Useless Life Healthcare Hospital
On in South Africa where you wait 4 hours to see a Dr in the emergency ward. I took 1 year old boy to the emergency rooms at Life Peglerae Rustenburg because he was vomiting the whole night and after 4 hours still no Dr. What a useless hospital.

Vodacom Fiber
Please don't use Vodacom fiber to the home. Worst company to use no service no communication. Cancelled my line without notifying me or reason. And no one can assist you have to sit hours on the phone listening to options and the line keeps disconnecting.

Worst Hospital Medicare
I don't know why you first need to come and write a bad review before someone is willing to help. My daughter was admitted in Medicare Rustenburg in May, the hospital needs to refund me and we are already in September. How much time do they need before refunding me. When you need to pay them they are quick to hand you over to debt collectors but when the need to refund its takes more than 3 months.

Worst Hospital Ever
This is my secind review in one week. Life Healthcare Peglerae has the most incomplete employees. They need to refund me R10 000. I spoke to them 4 times today where they told me there is no refund. A lady from Discovery helped me and phined them on my behalf just to help them do their work. No they admitted there is a refund but need to investigate.

Worst hospital group.
My wife gve birth at Life Healthcare Peglerae Rustenburg on yhe 22 of July. I have aaked them for a full statement so taht I can claim from my gap cover every time I phine they guve me n different email address where I need to ask for the statement. I went in to the hospital 3 times asking them to please help. Still I have not yet received a statement. Their people are *********** rude and don't want to help.

Worst medical aid please don't use discovery health. They have 1000 reasons why they won't pay your claims and call center agents can't assist they don't have the necessary knowledge. Worst service ever.

Joke of an company
Stay away from Temu, they promise you free gifts and coupons to get you to order stuff. Once you pay for the order the free gift is gone as well as your coupons. Rather use Shein.

Discovery doesn't treat their custimers fair.
Discovery doesn't treat their client fair. My wife is pregnent we got pre authorisation in March for the hospital using the Discovery mobile app. My wife has to go in tomorrow for a emergency c section. We just found out a day before that something went rong on the Discivery app and the hospital we want to use is not covered and have to pay R9000 upfront before my wife can be admitted. Discivery said sory we can't help you we need to escalate this and can guve feedback in 2 weeks time. Where must I get R9000 in less than 24 hours. Discovery don't care about their customers.

Discovery Vitality WHAT A JOKE!!
Quick to sell you their product and take your money but no service!! I am paying Vitality for me and my spouse so we can join Virgin Active but for some reason Discovery is struggling to activate my spouse's gym benefit. I have been phoning Vitality every day for the past week with no feedback! Disgusted with the service Discovery is providing!
