I find it difficult to understand the bank call centre specially the business side for three days I have been phoning comes a voice prompt then says that my waiting time is approximately 1 minute and I wait 6 minutes and nothing those idiots in the call centre don’t bother to pick up or bother to phone back this is the service you get from Standard Bank and they give you a number to phone on but no joy can someone please phone me and explain 😡
After the last message to Coca Cola SA nothing has happened still the same they just don’t bother to solve anything they are to big to worry about complaints it’s a company with an attitude that we the public have to buy and sell their products unfortunately it’s a shame
Coca cola SA is pathetic waiting for delivery going on two weeks and no one responsible or with B****s that is the rep /sales manager and key Acc manager who don’t even bother to pick the phone or respond to the problem being run just like the country but they will supply ******* ****as what a shame I am disappointed and furious that we have to deal with companies and staff like this 😡🤬🤬
I am complaining about the responsible people of refuse in the council just like everything else the crews want to drink and they don’t collect because I refuse to give this what we have endure and we pay for the services
I am disappointed at Cartrack giving me the wrong information on how the camera works and I want it removed because of the wrong info and other clients to be aware of wrong information they give
I am very disappointed with Standard Bank Carletonville they are pathetic and can someone with b***ls specially the Branch manager to contact me need to sort out consistent problems with the ATM this is a problem from a long time and never gets done
Fishaways in Carletonville is pathetic I placed an order in the afternoon to b delivered at 7.45 pm and by 8.50 I was still waiting for the food I phone them all they can say is sorry and make excuses and the food doesn’t arrive service is rediculous and not the first time I experience this their service is one of irresponsible
I am disappointed at Standard Bank phone call centre or trying to get ur business consultant who I have never met which is ridiculous to solve my account which I have funds and all of a sudden I can’t access my funds this bank is becoming pathetic service is ridiculous hoping for some one with responsibility to contact me these consultants are not worthy of working for any bank
Hi dissapointed at the ATM at the Carletonville branch these machines are most of the times out of order and we cannot do any deposits and kicks ur cash out being dangerous with always long line of clients have complained in the past but nothing happens it’s ridiculous how the responsible management don’t take responsibility 😡😡
Medshield they are pathetic for two days I phone they say a consultant will phone back then go on the site leave contacts and everything but no joy so that proves they are a nonsense not serious medical aid with no concern for the members and for new members
