****mers, we paid on the 23rd November till date they did not come to install wifi, we are left with a pole down in the yard and no communication
Very bad service from Vumatel, it's hard to get hold of them

Disappointed by nedbank
My elderly mom was ****** by nedbank *******, on the 27th May mom got a call and those people asked if mom swiped her card in the Thohoyandou and by that time we are home in Louis Trichard and the moment we said no on the call, money was withdrawn, the card was blocked and opened another without mom's Id, fingerprints etc, according to what Nedbank is saying the card was opened in Thohoyandou but mom was absent when the new new card was opened and issued, went to the branch several times and told to come back after 30 days which is long overdue, now she's is stressed as all her savings are going, going to town every now and then is so draining for her as an elder woman,, we've sent complains on both facebook and was told to also follow up on ***** which they promised to call but nothing till date, case number CPT227448, I'm feeling so disappointed by the service provided especially seeing elsers being taken for granted at the bank they trusted

Bonitas not paying for claim, led me to being listed
Very disappointed in the way claims are being handles, I gave birth in May and some of the claims were not paid, I called numerous times being promised that the issue was resolved, only now I got the call from Lancet ITC, the claim was not even rejected just not paid, and no explanation as to why am I taken back and forth with no solution, I honestly would not recommend it to friends or even family members, their service is so disgusting

Bad bad service
Bad service from the call center staff,, I gave birth 09 May 24,all blood test done on the baby, they claimed and got their money, after so many months I'm getting an sms saying I owe them R3880, I called the call center and was transferred to the Acc department, saying they claimed more than 3 times and their system can no longer allow them to claim, yet My medical aid days they submitted incorrect ref for the claim, I asked them for a claim document so I can forward it myself, Keamogetswe promised to send me the doc, though I had to ask many Times to stay on the line till I get the document, now I'm here owing R3880 for the mistake lancet made, busy receiving threatening messages, their service is so pathetic, I can't even claim from medical aid since I don't even have a form but they are quick to demand money from us

Expired coca cola
I'm so disappointed, I went to Spar in Louis Trichard(Songozwi) to buy the Coca cola (Wozzaaah) limited edition, I bought 3 of them and drank 2 and I started having cramps and running stomach, I thought maybe it's just what I ate, yoh the drinks expired, I had to be rushed to the Doctor to get something to stop the pains and diarrhoea, I got some pills and took them but nothing has helped, till now I'm still having pains in my stomach, tried to write an email to spar to at least check what is on the shelves no feedback or whatsoever, please people when you buy food at least check the expiry date to avoid such pains

Worst service
What a bad service ,I ordered pizza around 7pm yesterday and it got delayed around 9pm the driver called and told us to meet him halfway since its late n he won't deliver in my area,the driver came and didn't deliver as per the registered address, named Ben we tried calling n he blocked us,the pizza is paid but not even delivered, what a bad service can never recommend Debonairs Sesfikile mall
