So disappointed with outsurence and so angry on how they are very doggy because if they could explain to me when I took the policy to say if there's missed premium the policy will increase wow I'm so angry and not happy if they don't want me why can they I'm very very disappointed with outsurence and how they claim to be the best I have 2 cars insured with them when I took the policy they told me as time goes by the premium will decrease so now it's a year with them instead my policy increased from R3700 to R5500 I'm still in shock and disbelief after I worked nicely with them so they **** us how can they see that one is even struggling to pay their premiums then you get suprice email saying they are increasing ur premiums how 🤔 does that makes sense and here I am hoping and thinking that it's almost a year now my premium will go down now they are telling me that they are increasing I'm so disappointed in them I spoke highly of them but wow this people they are scarmers actually they are saying they want me to stay without cover that's what they are saying so now they are increasing my premiums because I made one claim

Just to inform south Africa to not get excited when every time there's new car on the market and is well marketed but behind close doors there's scandals and people like us we don't have the platform to protect ourselves or report the matter and be heard On the 27th of June 2023 I bought chery tiggo 7 pro brand new car from the dealer CMH bryanston Volvo and I was assisted my their sales person Rorisang Then 2 days later when I was traveling with my family to mpumalanga for a holiday to celebrate our new tiggo 7 pro we notice that there's sound very irritating sound when you drive about 120 to 160km and that the steering wheel is pulling the left side but we couldn't stop our trip because everything was paid for and we don't expect the soo over rated car to give us problems because it's a brand new car .then again on day 6 coming back from our holiday resort same thing happened then immediately we called chery bryanston where we bought the car and reported the matter then they told us to bring it for checking and see if they can repair then we took the car to them then their mechanic said it's steering calibration so they calibrated the car and the car will not do it again Then later after a month I had to bring in the car for 5000km service which I did but by then we had a problem with the car and we told ourselves that since the car is going for service they will spott the problem and fix it , but to my surprise they didn't, then after 2 days the car was from service from 5000km we called them again and questioned them to say how come a soo brand new car is giving us problems and we don't have peace with the car then Patricia spoke to Mr and I explain my problem with the car that the car is leaking oil then Patricia the manager of Rorisang said to me she will book the car for service which she didn't do so Monday we decided to go to the dealership to confront then and tell them with their bad service and how they are so unprofessional and how we are disappointed by the car because that's not what we expected from a new car that in withing the space of a month a so brand new car is having problems like steering calibration and oil leaking then we told them we don't want the car they must take back the car and give us what they claim to say the car is best known of then the dealership manager Johan fought with us and refused to take the car and said we must just book the car for service and we asked them that how come a brand new car already is giving us problems with 5000kl what guarantee do we have that the car will carry us for the next coming years so we were all angry and emotions were high because both the manager and the dealership they are giving us attitude and they are refusing to take responsibility so we left the car then they said they will call us which they didn't do then around 4 we called them and still they say one of the mechanic will call which no one called then around 5 we called them to find out what did the get they told us that theyfound the problem the car is leaking oil but they fixed it and they are keeping the car for the night to monitor it but we didn't have the urge to fight their bad service so we decided to give in and let them do what they want to do because already we were treated unfairly by the top boss and they showed us that we are nothing their protected by the paper to say from day one of the car if it's giving you problems warranty will fix it but my question is how come we experience this bad service and especially with the car we loved soo much and the way their are rating themselves is ****s this people are ***** and ****mers what they are selling is not true and to think that my husband warned me about Chinese cars but I dint listen because I listened to the adverti*****t on the radios to say chery is a best suv voted car of the year and it's trusted for the good performance and family car but that's not true firstly the dealership cmh bryanston they are ****** and ones the deal is sealed they hide behind papers and they will not listen to you especially in a case where you just a black women those white people they will give you attitude and they will make you feel them so that's the experience I got from chery cmh bryanston Volvo so before south Africans get excited please help me with other methods of publishing this story so that I can warn people

I will like to report outsurence yesterday outsurence called me twice and I didn't answer because I have called I'd so I can see who is calling me ,then they have the audacity, the nerves to go to my transunion credit report and make an enquiry on my behalf the nerve of them going to my profile and adding inquiries on my profile I wonder who did it and why they did it are they that desperate for people to have insurance with them that they don't even get the permission from the non client to go thru they just do it ,is it desperation or what it is so I want you to call transunion the way you went to my profile and remove the inquiry u did on my behalf I don't want any policy with insurance and I'm not planning on taking one either after this ,it shows that will never have good working relationship if you are able to do this without my concern,.

Hi my name is Edith I'm being scam by old mutual 2 years back I resigned from my work and I took all my money to old mutual as I got there I got Their financial advisor Herman who literally told me to invest my money and I will get it after a year of investment as I was planning to open busines in a years time ,now the year has passed ,when I got to old mutual to cash up my investment they tell me that I can't get my money they only way for to get something from them is to give me 5000 to 9000 everymonth until all my money is paid or I should give them beneficiary names if it happens that I die bfr my money is being paid all,but I will not get a lump sum cash as I need.and it I told them that that's not how they made me to agree in giving them my money, they told me to invest my money then after a year I will get it then I can start up my business and do everything I need to do because I'm depending on the money and I'm not working but I guess the financial adviser was selfish enough to lie to me and make me invest my money to them knowing that when the time comes they will start reading me their term and conditions and I won't be able to get my money to start up my business and pay all my debts because all they wanted was business to their side not thinking of me and my family what we are going thru write now so now I'm home not working expecting to get my money their are refusing with it ,so I need help because I've invested all my pension money to them thinking that after a year I will get it so I can start up something for me and my kids ,so my advise to u is don't ever invest to any old mutual bank those people they don't care about the people all they do is they need business they hungry to rob people especially if they see that you don't get to understand what they make you to sign so my plee is stay away from old mutual bank especially the one in jubelee mall in hamanskraal with their Their financial advisor Herman those people they very heartless and selfish they don't care of the needs of people all they want to do is to get business and consultant at the end of the day they just wanna get paid despite of bad they did ,so help me to take them to all social media platforms and networks this people must be exposed and I will not stop until I get all my money as they told me from the begging when I invested my money with them how can I work for so many years then when it's time to have my hard earned money I get duped by old mutual and their stuff I will expose them and I will stop at nothing until everyone knows what their are doing
