last year october 2022 i got a car through the dealership and without any knowledge they had signed other insurance documents on my behalf *****ulently.when i confront them the tacking me back and forth and say they have been trying to contact me they dont have my number however when they where offering me the deal they called me endlessly

i spoke to a consultant named moeketsi and asked him to assist me in reversing a debit order and he hung up on me..i dont know what kind of customer service is this

LIBERTY INVESTMENT CLAIM
hi Im neo Sekhu i had an investment policy with liberty and decided to cancel it because its not an investment really its just a scam...on the 31/01/2022 and on the 1st of february 2022 i was told my claim was approved and they awaiting the relevent department to make payments of which a very rude guy called Gregory from liberty told me thati would recieve my money in 24 to 48hours...still today no email or feedback has been given and i was on a call now with Phumla Mukhabela who made me wait and told me that the reason i havent got my funds was because of an internal error from their IT department...they donot communicate with their clients and do not adhere to TCF DONOT GO FOR LIBERTY INVESTMENT ITS NOT WORTH IT RATHER STICK WITH YOUR BANK

INADEQUATE CLIENT SERVICE
dstv randburg is the worst.someone opened a dstv acc fraudulently under my name and i went to them to close the account but since its a contract account they say i owe the R4 000 THAT I NEED TO PAY.I ASKED FOR THE SALE CALL RECORDING AND THEY TOLD ME IL GET IT 2DAY BUT I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT.WHEN I CALLE DTHEM THEY SAY THEY DONT GIVE OUT RECORDINGS TO CLIENTS I SHOULD COME TO THEM TO LISTEN TO IT....IM REALLY DISSAPOINTED IN THEM AND THIS ALSO DROPPED MY CREDIT SCORE SINCE ITS IN ARREARS

RAIN BAD SEVICES
poor services from rain.i requested a refund for a 4G sim i cancelled befor i even used their simcard.its been 2 weeks now and they have been telling that theres no response from the billing team.If you thinking of taking up their services rather go some place else.right now this consultant of theirs is making me hold and its been an hour on the line with them and im not getting a response but just holding
