Meh, not the worst but not great either
Meh... Have had many issues with their site when trying to track parcels and then without notice someone will arrive to deliver when as far as my tracking details show it is still "in transit" or something? Why give a tracking option if it is not going to be up to date? Inconsistent on delivery estimates accuracy so difficult to plan around but I have never not eventually received my package.

Consistently great service!
I do a fair amount of online shopping so have had experienced many different courier companies and Courier Guy is by far my favourite. If I see an online store ships with them I am relieved as I know I will get up to date consistent communications as to what stage of the process my package is at and have even had packages arrive sooner than expected originally (but I always know which day it is arriving as they do notify by sms and email). I love being kept up to date and have never had an issue with them! Would definitely recommend!

24hrs!!
I found the experience of using Washr incredibly easy and efficient! I booked in my laundry in for the simple wash, dry and fold over the weekend to be collected on Monday, which it was perfectly in the allocated time block! I then received an invoice which had many options to pay, was able to make the payment on snapscan (which you can wait until they delivery your laundry to do if you are hesitant) and then delivered back beautifully folded at the same time the following day! I will definitely be using them again!

Pleasantly Surprised!
I ordered a cat tree from the website as it was one of the more affordable actually interesting looking ones I had seen online and only after ordering it did I have the thought to check reviews! I came here and saw all the 1 stars and had a little panic that it would never arrive but to my surprise, 3 days later I woke up to an sms saying my order would be delivered today! The tree arrived exactly as pictured on the site, my cat loves in and the delivery driver was lovely and friendly! I will definitely consider ordering from here again!
