No one tried to call me on my cellphone for delivering my international parcel. I tried searching for a contact number to arrange and call the driver. No numbers are available only a WhatsApp number where it feels like speaking with a bot as the people didn’t understand my request. Very frustrating I wouldn’t use them by choice. I still have not received my parcel.
Since my very first order, I have only received the most friendly, professional and timely service. My parcels are always shipped on time, to the different addresses I put on and not a single mistake was made. The products itself are the best quality in South Africa, they are very thoughtfully sourced and the taste because of the quality is different to what you buy on the shelves in the general stores. The prices are also very good and I appreciate it. Good quality for less. Since then I have ordered my bulk food supply on a regular basis. Have not found a single stone in my grains unlike other products that I used by off shelf in general stores. I truly appreciate it. I highly recommend Pure and Whole. They may send you a DVD on Bible Truth which is great I appreciated that too. If you are not a believer it only shows that they are genuine people and genuinely care, not only for your physical health but also spiritual health. Thank you for kind and professional service.

Great service and appreciate the occasional discounts on some of our favourite products and the surprise gift and personal hand written thank you message in the delivery box. Queries are also always well researched and answered in a timely manner. Ingredients are all well listed and thoroughly explained, so that you know exactly what you get. Products are of high quality and standard.
We love our furniture but now that we need some repairs done on one of our chairs a few years after usage, we are told that it cannot be fixex unfortunately. This is truly not great for aftercare service. The feedback I received: "This is due to the fact that it is an imported unit and we do not have the necessary spare parts to accommodate the repair. Please note that all of our imported items come as is from our suppliers." Our chair broke as a result from moving house and now we are stuck with a very expensive chair that cannot be repaired. It has been a few years and my account details are also not found on their system, it could not even be located. For aftercare service this is not the best deal.
We reported our brand new fridge that is freezing all our food in the top fridge section. Defy sent a service team out to our house to have a look on 11 December 2023. Since then no resolution has been provided. Spending Christmas and New Years with a problematic fridge has truly been a challenge. I have never seen such bad service and for Defy that is not good. If you want to buy a fridge, don't buy Defy you will pull your hair out. There is no process to escalate this to senior management, only one e-mail address and one phone number is provided. I wonder how long this will take actually to get resolved if at all? Perhaps once the guarantee is over?

My Dad paid nearly R24000 for the editing and publishing services which never realised till date. The CEO of this newspaper service is Chris F. Smith, whom is in hiding and ignores all phone calls and e-mails from attorneys. He keeps dodging my Dad and the lawyers. He refuses to provide the JPEG files and Word documents. He failed to even edit the book. This is a copyright infringement as well as theft and will be reported to the police. Beware and if you too have been scammed please do the same. They are trading fraudulently. They have multiple names for their business too. Westrand Window Newspaper etc~!! Beware of the scammer.

Since 2 April I have been unable to trace my missing payment between Paypal and FNB. The transaction id 5A2938500K081032P a refunded amount of $13.38 USD to the card ***X1498 since April 2nd. FNB told me the card does not exist. Paypal keeps telling me how to apply for Paypal services at FNB This is unacceptable. My query has not been answered from FNB and neither escalated at Paypal. The monies are hanging in the air. No one can trace it. How many people has been experiencing this?What is happening to the money? This is quite serious.
