SA Home loans is no doubt the worst financial service provider when it comes to financing home loans and home insurance cover. I have been doing extensive research on SAHL and SAHL HOC for more than a year now. My research revealed a negative rating of more than 91 % from insurance a proven fact that SAHL lures unsuspecting clients into doing business with them by falsely promoting better interest rates, access to cash back on existing loans etc. which is A TOTAL SCAM! Most evident during the Covid 19 pandemic where other banks offered relief to their customers, SAHL smiled all the way to courts nationwide, claiming judgements to have homes sold on auction due to customers not being able to pay their monthly bond installments. Some of these homeowners paid their bonds for more than 25 years but fell in arrears when Covid caused major havoc and job losses. Blatantly ignoring the begging and pleading for so called "payment relief" from clients, not answering telephone calls nor responding to email requests or BLATANTLY REFUSING any kind of relief, hundreds of families are doomed. The homeowners insurance which are linked to the bond are the worst ever. Claims are rejected 98% of the time with outrageous findings by their accessors. Unsuspecting clients are robbed by these money-hungry companies who's only goal is to enrich themselves by stealing from unsuspecting victims. I have a group on Facebook where people that experienced this bad service can post comments to warn others NOT TO USE SA Home loans. Kindly search for this group under SAHomeloans and add comment to warn people against these scammers

SAHL, alias SA Home loans, Blue Banner, Changing Tides 17 and about 15 more trade names. Default judgement to declare immovable property specially executable for sale on auction. Date on which I was informed by Sherrif to appear in court to state my case stipulated the 1st of November 2021. This date was declared a Public Holiday but I was never informed of a substitute date by Changing Tides/SA Home loans Attorneys. Documentation submitted to the court was not what I was given in the process. I spent in excess of 2 weeks to search for any information similar to my case and the outcome is shocking to say the least. It seems that when they land themselves in hot water, all they do is print another letterhead as I have not less than 15 aliases all using each other to cover their scamming and defraudment. Please people, STAY AWAY from these wolves, they have many high noted individuals on their payroll! From lying clerks to judges. LoL... One statement made by them is that the don't have to comply with certain policies seeing that their total staff count is less than 9! Explains a lot....
How is this possible? Application for the SASSA Relief Grant submitted following strict protocol as required. After waiting for more than 5 months not getting any response on the status of the application, a post office official informed the applicant (a family member) that the grant was paid into a bank account supplied by the applicant. SASSA was contacted in person and via email numerous times to try and explain that the applicant never had an account with the bank mentioned or gave any instructions to use the bank account details as used by SASSA. Every time the same answer from SASSA to contact the bank as they would not deposit funds into a bank account without the applicant instructing them to do so. Applicant don't have a FNB account but SASSA employees does not seem to understand this. Still no grant or any response from SASSA ??
It is indeed a pleasure to rate Shield Chemicals Pty Ltd, a proudly South African company, that manufacture and supply a range of Mr. Sheen products. I had the pleasure to deal with a lady by the name of Lana Thurston based at the factory based in Apex, Brakpan, regarding one of their AMAZING products called the Mr Sheen Oxi Bar laundry soap. I enquired about the product mentioned above and almost immediately got a response via email from Lana. I got all the feedback that I requested in no time. Thanks Lana Thurston you are indeed a great asset to a great company. I will recommend your products to family and friends! Keep up the good work!
Unbelievably poor service provided by Cell C South Africa. The time now: 22:23 Sunday 4th July.. just to logon to this site took me more than 17 hours!! I sincerely request that someone from Cell C answer my question on how a "top rated" service provider (referring to their website) manage to deliver such poor service to their clients. Scenario: Cell C data bought for X amount with a validity period of 24 hours. Customer expectations is that he/she will have internet access for that specified amount of hours. However, in a time period of 5 days and 5x data bundle purchases exceeding an amount of R250, I managed to use the internet for max 6 hours!! The network connection is available for a few seconds whereafter it disconnects for an unlimited time. This is my struggle for almost a week now. Please Cell C - this is not caused by any error from my handset or location as my internet connection works 100 percent using another service provider SIM. Surely I am not the One And Only user experiencing this shocking service! If only 10 percent of Cell C users that buy time specific data bundles have the same experience, it adds up to hundreds of thousands spent for a disgraceful "No Service" from Cell C. I want to know from you CELL C - who is going to reimburse me for all the money spent for absolutely nothing in return. Kindly advise on when I can expect my refund! Very poor Cell C!
I am utterly disgusted in SA Homeloans as I tried for months now to get the installment on my bond reduced due to the fact that I lost more than half of my income due to the outbreak of the Covid 19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown. I offered to pay an installment of R6000 instead of R7500 on my bond which was denied with a reference to "SAHL Policy". According to the policy I have to pay my full installment and an extra amount towards the arrears (this was the reply in February 2021) After struggling to get financial assistance from a family member I was then in the position to offer R8000 per month (May 2021) Again my offer were declined!!! Now the so called policy changed - have to pay fifty percent of the arrears amount and full installment now (2 months later) R8600!! Every time I try to make an offer the policy changed. It is a difficult time for all people struggling to make ends meet and this is how SA Homeloans support clients! They are now threatening to sell my property on public auction! I had my bond with them for more than a decade... Thank you SA Homeloans for the outstanding way you are mistreating your clients. I will not stop until all of SA and even the world take notice of your gross misconduct and lies to the public promising help during lockdown. Covid 19 now have a a killing partner called SA Homeloans! You should be ashamed of your actions and greediness whilst people are dying you just care about filling your coffers!
