Faulty mattress and withholding refund from customer
I have bought a R15000.00 mattress of Sealy at the Mall@Carnival and it came with on side without support and I cannot use it. I have reported it. Now it is two weeks and nothing has been done regarding changing it. Essops is the worse place to buy anything. They even owe me R10000.00 refund which they have been withholding it for over three months now. I do not know if they are that broke and need to pay stuff with it but I want my money back.

Faulty Mattress which cost R15000.00
I bought a R15000.00 mattress from Essop at Mall@Carnival, they delivered it but the mattress was faulty, one side it does not have internal supports. I reported it two weeks ago and nothing has been done. Now I have to sleep on the children’s room because of their internal processes which takes too long. They must just come get their mattress and give me a proper one.

Delay in delivery and communication
I have bought a complete bedroom unit and they only delivered few items since I overpaid in Dec 2024 and to-date, Feb 2025 I have not received my refund nor the items I bought in full. Total nonsense. Do not go there guys, what a waste of breath

Failure to remove their name from my credit listing
Greetings, I’m Mushwana. This debt collection office is linked with Capitec Bank and once handed over, they never remove their name from your ITC listing. I paid them off on Dec 2020 and to date they have not remove their name from my listing and they make excuses when I call them.
