Telkom Insure is very disappointing They took in my phone for repairs and their job was shaddy. Only when I rebooked in my phone then Telkom sent it to a wrong center that the people at the repair center alerted me that the issue is irreparable rather just replace the phone. so Telkom insure was just going to be taking money and not doing proper job so people can keep coming back to pay excess fees. Phone is back in for repairs. I have no phone now since 2024 August.
Dont take device and insurance with Telkom and telkom insure, telkom does not resolve issues. August 2024 Booked in my device with Telkom so Telkom/ Omart insure can fix unresponsive screen issues. Received the device back on November 2 2024, after much follow up and back and forth from Telkom insure. On 14 November 2024 the phone had to be booked in again as the issue was not thoroughly resolved. Since I know that you have to follow them to get things done. November 20 2024 message came through stating that I should pay R9000 for repairs. Called Telkom insure to ask how is this so cause the device is insured. I was disappointed to learn that Telkom sent my device to a wrong repair center which is SSS Cellular and they are failing to pay the R189.00 assessment fee so that my device can be released to Telkom Insure repairers 20 January 2025 I called Telkom they do not pick up their phones. I called Telkom insure and I learned that my device is still with SSS Cellular. Telkom has still not sorted out my phone. It has been 6 months now without my phone due to Telkom incompetency. Telkom will leave you hanging without a device forever
My team and I we made a booking with Kerryn we are really not happy with what's happening here This is not what we have asked for. Should you have mentioned that we'll so cramped up with other people. I wouldn't have bothered. You said we will be allowed to play our own music , knowing that it won't be possible. We don't even have where to sit all of us None of what you promised is delivered . My team regrets coming here. You shouldn't have taken our money knowing that we won't get what we paid for. This is the worst year end all thanks to KerrynR in. That time we still to pay the balance
The glass group was assigned to me by my insurer and I am happy with their services. The job was done by Thabo and Lucky who did exceptional work. Avoid taking devices with Telkom if their insurance is Simply Omart. Rather go to another service provider and still check which device insurer are they using. Uneasy as I was I gave the code even alerted them that my banking apps are not protected, and they have been quiet since. I have sent communication numerous times seeking updates and I have not received way forward with the progress of the claim. September the 13th I got to speak to a consultant and he advised that my phone is awaiting to be given a charge so I can pay. Telkom and Omart I want that phone.

I reviewed Naked on March 29, 2024, saying that they settle the dispute rather than replacing the written-off car. I had no idea that this resolution would be exactly what I needed. I'm glad that Naked Insurance made the procedure simple and quick and even erased the huge debt off my name, which is a relief. From the beginning to the conclusion of the claim, a man by the name of Udesh provided assistance. In order to make an informed choice, make sure to enquire about the options and settlement process when you join an insurance plan. But overall, Naked Insurance is my choice. You need people to be there for you and to understand you when you are having problems. The job was well suited to Udesh.
I shared previously on a misunderstanding between myself and Isabella Garcia. I was frustrated and and going through a lot. Giving Naked Insurance 1 star because their policy does not replace cars instead they write it off and opt for settlement. Getting new financing is not easy. I am really disappointed. I Asked if they could give my damaged car back and they refuse. My car was just over 58 000 kms and a 2019 model. Naked Insurance please replace the car.
Maybe this will help others to really consider their decision with taking out subscriptions with them. Have been a client of Isabella Garcia since November 2023. Spoke with the sales consultants asking them to cancel my subscription the lady always said she is lowering price of voucher and will make further adjustments and I told her I cannot afford it anymore. I was told that I could cancel anytime as I only receive hamper that I paid for. I have made 2 payments and received only one hamper. Since the second hamper did not come I thought they had actioned my request to cancel. Now they sent me email threatening me with legal action, when I tell them that I requested to cancel I am then given the terms and conditions which I was not given before. The terms says after 60 days of purchase I cannot cancel yet I have Been asking for this since December and January. Isabella Garcia please cancel this subscription.
