I placed an order for sneakers [order number LIM4769] on the 15th of December 2025. I was promised a delivery between the 24th and the 30th of December 2025. I called Fastway today [30th of December 2025] to follow up. The consultant told me it was out for delivery on the 30th of December when I called at 8 AM. I called again at 12 PM the same day, and I was told it might take another two weeks to deliver. I am not interested anymore; I want a refund because I purchased those sneakers for my daughter, who was supposed to wear them on Christmas Day.
The worst service ever. I called Fastway on the 30th of December 2025 because I have been waiting for my package since the 22nd of December after it was collected. I was promised a delivery between the 24th to the 30th of December 2025. When I called, the rude consultant told me it was going to be delivered today (30th of December), and that did not happen. I bought that sneaker on the 15th of December from Limited Supply for my daughter to wear on Christmas Day, hoping it was going to be delivered at least before the 24th.
I cancelled my subscription two weeks ago on your app even confirmed address were the router will be collected however you went ahead and took my money, REVERSE BACK THAT R499 NOW!!!!!
I am still waiting for rain to contact me with regards to my issues with my internet, I don't have internet for almost a month, I have 5g and paid in full but I am not getting the service I paid, I made up my mind I am cancelling my subscription, I have never experience such poor service.
One of the worst services. There is constantly a problem and its truly frustrating. The app glitches and there is no support . When you submit a ticket on the app it says "something went wrong" The 1st couple of months it was working fine. Then the speed started dropping and buffering. I do not recommend to anyone.
Fair price online service sucks, I purchased a coffee table for R1000 and R50 delivery on the 5th of June 2021, invoice no. 5142, (paid in full) I tracked my purchase a couple of times with no response until Mr Shockie Maleka replied via email (s.maleks@fairprice.co.za) on the 17th of June 2021 that they where out of stock, they will inform me once they have it on stock that was more than a month ago, I called him a number of times on his direct line (0877402262) it just rings no response. I wouldn't have bought this coffee table that I needed if they stated on their adverti*****t that they where out of stock. Since then I haven't had a communication from Fair Price. I am not interested on the table anymore, I want my money back.
I applied for a credit card online and got approved in February 2021 and never received my credit card. I have been phoning with no joy, I spoke to different consultants who gave me different stories, I was advised to go to one of the branches to submit my ID copy and proof of residents, which was done on the 18th of May 2021, they promised that they will order my card again, however i need to pay R140.00 to replace it, I was told it was destroyed, they updated my details and was promised a delivery within three days. I called again on the 24th of May 2021 I was told to wait for an email from the delivery department of which I was promised I will receive it with 24hours. I would have given up a long time a go, however I have received statement from you guys since March and you have been debiting on FNB my account for this credit card, How do you bill me without a card?
