Maybe it is me who is impatient,i made application for consolidation of loans on the 17th April and the consultant told me that my loan has been approved and i must sent documents and i did and she just went mute on me until i made a call to ask how far and i was told that my settlemet letters were expired and i made sure i connect with credit providers to get othee letters,after sending letters the consultants( Linda and Mbali) will just go mute on you again and you will spend almost 6 hours trying to get hold of them without success,upon reaching to her she told me that we need to start a loan application again which i did with her again yesterday.i have sent her all the documents but still up to now,she havent yet responded to my emails if she got the correct documents and nothing is missing.what i know is that within 7 days the will call and tell you again that your application was declined or expired or cancelled due to some pathetic reasons.this is the 3rd time i tried to apply for a consolidation loan with Bayport and get same vibe.honesstly i am not happy at all.
I called metropolitan on the 21st January 2024 for cancellation of investment policy.The consultant assured me that the money will be paid in my account within 48 hours,no money has been paid out.i feel like this company plays with our emotions and they act like ****mers.i will nevee encourage anyone to join this company.worst part they didnt even send any type of communication that confirms that i cancelled the policy and will be refunded
I was on errears for 2 months with Unifi and on the 17th and 18th November 2022 i paid up the account and was sent a paid up letter which states that the account was paid in full.the company didn't submit the paid letter to credit bureaus and my name still reflect under default listing as if i still owe them.it is been 2 months and nothing was done.i called them countless times without success.
I had a loan with Royal family cash loans in Roodepoort which was trading as African Brothers before they changed its name.asked for settlement letter on the 15th October 2021 and it was send to me .on the 16th October I went to the branch and paid the amount of R6130 and I was told that the account will be updated on the system and credit bureaus as paid up.until I got the call 3 weeks agofrom the man who claimed to be their attorneys and said I still owe the company the money which I disagree and refused to sign any documents from them about the payment. I called the cash loan and the lady asked for a receipt as proof of payment which I lost and she said the only way to update its for me to show them the receipt.there must be a copy n proof from their side as well and they can use that update credit bureaus n cancel the debt.plrase help me with this issue because it's ruining my credit profile and I will never pay the money that I don't owe anymore.this is the bad service and I'm very angry with these people
I requested for settlement letter on the 15th Oct 2021 i got the letter went physically to their branch in Roodepoort the following day to pay my sum of R6200.was promised to get the paid up letter n was promised that it will be updated but nothing was done till to date.Got a call from lawyers that I need to sign papers for unpaid account with the same company I don't even owe. There is also a wrong information about the outstanding amount on the credit profile.nothing was updated and when I call its promise after the other.these people are ruining our credit profiles because they don't update payments and the moment they realize that you paid them up and you will never come back to borrow again ,they just ignore you so you are blocked from credit bureaus to make further important credits.im not happy with these people and would like to be assisted on this matter ASAP. This company was trading as African Brothers cash loans .
Platinum family cash loans in Kempton Park refuse to update my payments for a loan of R3920 which I paid up.i called their office and they told me that the company is owed by new owners and they will check with them about my paid up loan.up to date nothing has been done and the loan its still flagging and ruining my credit profile.i went to their branch n paid them cash n the lady that helped me told me that his boss will send me paid up letter.until today they have been ignoring me.i can't pay for the account that I paid before.please help me to deal with this company.im tired of their excuses
Compuscan is refusing to remove a judgement that was listed unfairly on their company.i tried more than 6 times to send documents and explaining how I don't acknowledge the judgement and not knowing anything about it but it's been 3 yrs of hell.im really tired of the service. I also lodged a dispute for prescription on the 11th of November 2021 and nothing has happened.judgement still flagging and the prescription for fochong traders still flagging.wrobg information and addresses still flagging on their credit bureau even after disputing about it.
Paid for new router R199 package. Was told delivery it's 3 to 5 days, been waiting for 7days. Made follow up over the phone and was told I will receive a call from team regarding my delivery. No calls received. The whatsapp Incompetent with no call centre agent to speak to. I need my money back or product before the end of today. Tired of being taken from pillar to post. This company isn't caring about customers at all and their service is disgusting. I'm very disappointed because I trusted their stories
There was a transaction of R2648 TODAY around 14H00 from Luno. To. My suprise I don't even know what that was. I went to capitec forest hill mall and the capitec employee told me that I have to pay R80 for investigation and R70 for new card and wait till head office call me within 8 working days if not I must come to the branch. How will I go to the branch when I lost all my money?i cant even get a loan because I'm getting my salary with savings plan to avoid doing loans. How can a person access your app and do transactions whilst you sitting at home. No one has access to my phone since I only staying with my kids. What will my kids eat whilst waiting for money that I'm not sure will be paid back to me. This is not a safe bank. Im even scared that on my next payday I will also be defrauded ally salary I'm so sad and disappointed by this bank after banking with them for over 10yrs. People have been loosing their monies without being helped and I gave this bank a benefit of doubt.
