it's been 3 weeks now since logged a call with no feedback at all from the Debit card authorisation department, I had an outstanding payment that I wanted to reverse before the merchant took it as I have noticed that I have purchased from a **** site and the money was there for 3 days on pending but guess what FNB never bothered to check the call that I have logged and you can't even call the department. i have sent emails to follow up even today no response at all.
The management of this place really doesn’t care about the guests. I checked out from one of the houses the second day early in the morning I noticed that I had left my new sneakers in the main bedroom cupboard I immediately called them and they told me they would check with the manager who was working on the day and they never called me back I had to follow up my self and to be told that they can't find my shoes and I am 100% sure that I left them there because from checking out my first stop was home .how can shoes just disappeared from the house just like that?
What horrible service I have been waiting for my delivery since Friday, and even today I haven't received anything they keep on showing from their tracking system that the delivery has been rescheduled for the next day for what reason I don't know, if you rescheduled the delivery why don't you make it a priority to deliver it first thing the following day?
wow I don't even know where to begin what a nonsense service we have been getting from you guys with no help at all , my father passed away we called and email to cancel his contract i have been on the call for more than an hour being transferred from one person to another with no help at all , what kind of business is this taking money from the innocent people after trying to cancel the contract but you still deducting money from our account. my reference number STAR149062 / CAS-5461175-Q4T8 / CAS-6253914-N9N6

Very disappointed with the Woolworth Centurion Mall and the Woolworth online, how do you cancel someone's order without consulting them first? I have ordered Plum Fruit Juice online on the 23rd now the centurion store just decided to cancel my Order without calling me. I don't want your refund all i want is the stuff that I have ordered as per your adverti*****t .
