i logged a claim on the 4th , yesterday i only received feedback that certain documents are needed from a Hospital i didnt even go to , i claimed for different Months but the document requested is for another month which my medical aid paid for . tried to call the office and didnt get help (Debbie was very nice but also didnt understand why the form is needed ) i really thought this will be an easy experience but
I called yesterday to cancel my policy as another insurance has offered me less than what i was paying ,spoke to Nomfundo Mkwa**** one of the sales agent.. she provided me with excellent service and also gave me a best offer as she also made me understand what benefits were not added on the offer the other company gave me and what Budget is also giving me , i ended up not cancelling as the person i was speaking to knew her product and also was willing enough to explain and also quoted me a better offer .. 10/10 best customer service
I have been on the line for an hour and been trying to call the help line since yesterday, we don’t have WiFi from yesterday and my mom has been sending emails and calling non stop I even called from work but no luck

Windmill park estate !!!******* place to stay in , Belinda from maintenance is one rude lady , am currently staying here and I have electricity issues , after the earthquake my flat was never fixed it still has cracks, when I moved in it was dirty 😩…. Today again I had electricity issues as last time I was advised my municipality that they are owing money that’s why I can’t buy electricity, Belinda sent someone to bypass electricity which I was advised that once it’s fixed they will inform me and I will be able to buy electricity , today got home and I don’t have electricity and there is a letter from the municipality saying there is a fee because of the bypass , Noe this lady Belinda is telling me why I don’t remind them that I still can’t buy electricity 😡😡😡😡imagen am a tenant and am supposed to remind her to do her job , she sends me voice notes and she’s sooo rude , luckily I have proof that she’s the one who sent someone to come bypass course I know she will try to us it against me ……..I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone , who ever Belinda is reporting to must start investigation this lady , she doesn’t have respect to the tenants she makes you feel small
I just bought electricity and I didn't get an sms for token, I resent the sms 5 times now still nothing. I called call center am being told they will check after an hour, an I was on hold for 5 minutes on the line to be told they will check after an hour.. What's the point of buying electricity on the app while I will wait for the sms for an hour while I need electricity now
I opened a fraud case Monday, case was transferred to Moraka police station Tuesday. No one has called me from moroka to provide me with a case number, I gave them all the information required and the address of the person who stole my money in my account, I have been trying to get hold of the police station but no luck, I called elsburg police station as I opened the case there but they advised me they can't assist me... I am soo angry because this is a fraud case and the police are taking long to arrest this person what is she runs away? This person took my savings, I have nothing now, I went to the police station to get help but no one is helping me
