Staff from Jet in Vereeniging there attitude is very appalling. I understood that I needed to exchange clothes and did not have a receipt however the rudeness and the chewing of bubble gum of these ladies here is just out of this world. They state about how they do not know as to how to do a refund without a receipt but whereas with other retailers it’s very much simple !!!! This makes it the very exact reason as to why I shop elsewhere coz of such services if it has not been coz of the clothes I needed to return as they weren’t bought by me I wouldn’t even have bothered to set foot in this store!!!!
Since last year May when I got into an accident my claim has not been attended to fully. I was told by the claim officer Lerato that the third party in the accident needed to submit documentation and that I should not be in talks with the third party which I understood however what puzzled me most is that how am I not being able to get assistance from Dotsure regarding the claim it’s almost going into a year and nothing has been done. I called on numerous occasions requesting to speak to LERATO and I was told that either his on a call or the ladies at reception take my details and state that they’ll have him get back to me but it hasn’t been resolved nor has he gotten back to me. This brings me to so much tears as I had thought that entering the new year the matter would be resolved I’m really not HAPPY about the service I’m getting!!!!!!
The service is really terrible I spoke to a store manager by the name of David regarding a refund for my aunt which was supposed to be done ages ago. He told me that he will get back to be before 18:00 however he did not I’m really disgusted about the service I’ve received. I most definitely will not be using their service again nor recommend anyone to buy from there !!!!
I bought a car last year August from a lady called Keegan however I did not get my spare key I have calling the dealership consistently regarding the spare key and they have been telling me that that they will look for the key however nothing or nobody is getting back to me regarding my car key. I even went as far as when going to service my car to ask about the key and it’s always the same story. I need that spare key as the one I have seems to be not working properly
