Service terrible with their inaccurate preparation times… highly disappointed what’s a fast food if it won’t be fast??
The gentleman at rain store in Cambridge crossing Witkoppen is highly rude and lacks customer survive like we came there to ask for government grant… ***
I had a horrible experience at Woodmead Makro, as I was buying I was asked for my personal information my address including a unit number!!! And an ID number just to buy something less than R150… then the lady continued to say I don’t want I can go to pick n pay
Rain has to be the worst internet service provider they give you a **** router that has no signal on top they are sending me messages that I owe them like ***… I paid for the service I’m not getting!!!
Every month there’s a problem with these people.. if you are not using them I’d recommend to not even try them.
I have not had internet for 3 days, nobody has even bothered I’ve been sending emails and WhatsApps nothing.
I don’t know how many times I’ve been sending emails to them.. no internet connection it comes back when it suits them. Come month end they will bill you in full with no explanation on why you didn’t have internet half the month.. my Neighbour just called me because I recommended them imagine.
Very disappointed at the level of service I received today at Paul William Nicole, literally sat there without my order for almost 45 minutes.. time is now 11:56 I got here at 11:15 without anyone attending.. even 2 white gentlemen that got here after me got their order so quickly even
Ever since I got this stupid router I haven’t had any proper internet this this buffers I must buy vodacom data for my phone because it’s ****. They don’t care as long as they get the money. Honestly why are they not fixing their lines????
