DAY MADE!
Called to request a price review on my monthly instalment and am thoroughly impressed with the service and discount I am receiving now. Thank you to Pearladi Mabusela and the gentlemen I spoke to prior to her. Real professional and why I will stay with Outsurance!!

Great client service
Very happy with the service received over the phone and by the guy who done the install. Minor bubbles were detected but as per the info sheet I received, this is normal and part of the drying process for my smash and grab. Overall very happy with the service received.

Happy chappie
I never had an issue with takealot. From deliveries to ordering process I am always satisfied with the responsiveness and sometimes next day delivery. I have even had returns done with no fuss or hassle.

Miway Lifes rubbish service, awaiting my claim payment for almost a month
Miway life really offers the worst service ever. I have a life policy and have been paying without any problems since this policy was activated and now when they need to pay out, I am left having to run after them for my payment. My daughter recently passed away and was on my policy for payment it is almost a month later and I still have not received any concrete feedback regarding my claim or the payment that they need to pay to me. I have submitted all the documents they requested to Nosipho Ngwenya as well as the claims department but to date they cannot even respond to my emails. This truly is the worst service I have ever received especially at a time like this, if I was dependent on this money for funeral costs I can only imagine what other people must be going through by this **** service from this **** company!

Incompentent Mbongiseni Skosana at Cell C
I cannot believe this is the route I have to take to get a response from Mbongiseni Skosana at cell c. He called me and was very helpful to get a sale from me, it is now nearing 4 weeks and I have yet to receive my purchase from him instead he has messed up my order 3 times and even though I call 084 145 or email him directly, he does not respond to my email or my phone calls. This is utter bull**** service from him who assured me he is the person I need to contact for any queries. Can this mess please be sorted out as I cannot do jack **** regarding my order unless the changes are done by him!!Can his team leader contact me to sort this out or can I get the delivery for my order and can this be the CORRECT ORDER as Mbongiseni keeps ****ing my order up!!
