Very angry
I have paid-up African Bank then on the 3June2025 they took the full installment again i called for a refund today the lady told me on the other end my online profile is block i need to go to a branch and the nearest branch is a 100km from me they took my money very easy and cant give it back now i have to spend money to go to a branch I'm very angry

Very unhappy
I have open a funeral policy for my nephew in the year 2020 and than his brother died april2025 and than they remove him aswell from my policy without my consent they can't give an answer and 5years of money gone and my nephew is still alive

BAD SERVICE
In the beginning everything went well and smooth with my whatz app orders but as soon as I complained about they not giving me service and not sending the orders to the address I'm sending them they started to give me bad service. There products are cheap and good but the what's app service is bad now I'm still waiting for an order from the 8th of sept2024 till today not yet receive its the 17.09.2024 and the lady just don't care as I ask for the pudo number to trace the order, we depend on the baking supply we order from them but they just don't care.

Not happy with the way Standardbank operates
Hi i'm so angry i'm in arrears with my loan account as i was retrench and find a new job with less pay so i made arrangements with them today someone from Standbank called me and tells me that they see there is money in my bank account can they take it who gives them the right to go into my bank account even if i bank with them thats my privacy i told that lady the money was for my policy and it was paid in for me from someone els but my problem is what gives them the right to go into my account without my consent

I thought these people were legit but they are not so i cancel but no response the just debit my money and capitec cant cancel a debicheck the firt bank that cant help there clients please help me

I went to capitec i phone them aswell to try to help me with this debicheck that takes my money everytime they could not help me how can other banks stop debichecks and not capitec

Credit Sa are a scam
Morning I have also join Credit SA to relief me of my debt but the are not legit and the bank don't want to cancel my Debi check with them

Bad service and signal
Rain is up to **** they take my money every month but i don't get the proper service for it the network is so bad i hate rain with my hole heart they take 100% and gives back 40%
