Bad service
Very bad service form tarryn watergate zone fitness I requested for a freeze on my account she failed to submit my freezing I was on month to month when I request to cancel they state that I must pay 1000 this is ridiculous please stay away from this gym there are alot of hidden details that is not explained very bad gym and bad service rece from tarryn!!!

Incompetant no compassion my deceased father had been paying insurance via national debt when he was retrenched they failed to activate the benifits instead they termintaed

Stay Away!!!!
Please stay away from this company they are bad. My late father was on debt review with national debt advisors since the year 2015. He had credit life insurance that he paid every single month for the amount of R617 this was added Evan though he had linked insurance with the bank. For more than 5 years he paid the insurance and when he was retrenched they cancelled him instead of activating the benefits of the insurance. He was also charged a legal fee of R10k this fee is useless just a way to steal your money as it could have gone to settling his debt.

Bad service spiteful towards the customer
Very bad I order a stir fry and got noodles in one bucket and soup in the other when I told the lady this is not wat I orderd she put up a fake accent after back and forth arguments they made it in a stir fry but it was very very salty I could not Evan finish half of the bowl please avoid this restaurant
